Take a step forward on this path.

Feel the cool earth beneath your feet,

Grounding you in the present moment.

As you walk,

Let this light warm your skin and fill you with a sense of comfort.

As you continue along the path,

Imagine a gentle stream flowing nearby.

The sound of the water is calming,
