Welcome to this morning grounding affirmation meditation.

This meditation will help you to cultivate a good morning,

Feel grounded and connected to the earth and embrace a new day full of happiness,

Joy,

Energy and vitality.

So please find a comfortable position,

Either sitting or lying down and gently close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in and as you exhale allow yourself to relax and let go of any tension in your body.

Repeat the following affirmations allowing their positive energy to resonate within you.

I am grounded and connected to the earth.

I embrace this new day with happiness and joy.

I am filled with energy and vitality.

I welcome the opportunities and blessings that today brings.

I am grateful for the gift of this morning.

I radiate positivity and light throughout the day.

I am in tune with the natural rhythms of life.

I am open to receiving abundance and abundance flows to me with ease.

I am surrounded by love and support.

I am capable of achieving my goals and dreams.

As you repeat these affirmations,

Imagine roots growing from the soles of your feet.

Extending deep into the earth.

Embrace these roots grounding you,

Anchoring you to the earth's core.

Feel the stability and support that comes from this connection.

Now envision a warm and golden light surrounding you.

Filling you with a sense of happiness,

Joy and positivity.

Allow this light to flow through every cell of your entire being.

Energizing and revitalizing you for the day ahead.

Feel the earth beneath you supporting and nurturing you.
