Welcome to this morning energizing affirmation meditation.
Please begin by finding a comfortable seated position with your spine tall and straight.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in.
And as you exhale release any tension or stress you may be holding onto.
Allow yourself to fully relax into this moment.
Take a moment to set your intention for this practice.
Assume to yourself that this morning meditation is a time for rejuvenation,
Energy and positivity.
Repeat the following affirmation silently or out loud.
I am filled with vibrant energy and ready to embrace the day ahead.
I radiate positivity and attract abundance into my life.
Now bring your attention to your breath.
Take a slow deep breath in through your nose,
Allowing your chest to fully expand.
Pause for a moment at the top of your inhale and then exhale slowly through your mouth,
Releasing any tension or negativity.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Visualize a warm golden light entering your body within each inhale.
This light is energizing and revitalizing,
Filling every cell of your being with vibrant energy.
Feel this light spreading throughout your body,
Awakening your senses and invigorating your mind.
Now bring your awareness back to your physical body,
Starting from the top of your head.
Slowly scan down through your body,
Noticing any areas of tension or tightness.
As you come across any areas of tension,
Imagine your breath flowing into these areas,
Loosening and releasing any tightness or discomfort.
As you breathe,
Repeat the following affirmations.
I am filled with boundless energy and vitality.
I am ready to take on any challenges that come my way.
I am strong,
Confident and capable.
Continue to breathe deeply and repeat these affirmations,
Allowing their positive energy to flow through every cell of your body.
Now shift your focus to your mind,
Become aware of any limiting beliefs or negative thoughts that may be holding you back.
With each breath imagine these thoughts floating away,
Leaving behind a clear and calm mind.
Repeat the following affirmations silently or out loud.
My mind is clear,
Focused and filled with positive thoughts.
I am capable of achieving anything I set my mind to.
I am grateful for the opportunities that lie ahead.
Take a moment to sit in stillness,
Allowing the energy and affirmations to resonate with you.
Feel the sense of vibrancy and aliveness that fills you from within.
As we come to the end of this meditation,
Affirm to yourself I am grateful for this moment of self-care and rejuvenation.
I carry this energy with me throughout the day,
Spreading positivity and light wherever I go.
