We are going to start our day off feeling alive,
Feeling grounded,
Feeling calm.
Imagining the healing river of relaxation.
So I invite you to get comfortable sitting or laying down.
Whichever is right for you and gently close your eyes.
Draw awareness to your breath.
Taking a big deep breath in.
Breathing in this new fresh life force energy and releasing anything from the previous day.
With a long deep breath out releasing all that stress.
Just letting it all go.
Concentrating on the cycle of your breathing.
With every breath you take you feel relaxed,
You feel calm,
You feel grounded and you feel safe.
Let's imagine a beautiful long river.
The river flowing freely,
Flowing gently.
Nothing to fear,
Nothing to worry about.
It flows so elegantly and so gracefully.
You see this river flowing gently,
Calmly.
Watching it flow freely,
So peacefully.
Seeing each ripple in the river.
All the beautiful natural colors,
Turquoise blue,
Subtle hints of green.
Making you feel calm,
Making you feel safe,
Making you feel grounded and connected to the earth.
Imagining the beautiful river flowing gently through your body.
Starting from your toes.
Flowing through your feet.
Cleansing away any tension,
Any aches,
Any pains that you have trapped inside your body.
Cleansing any unwanted stuck energy.
The river of relaxation flowing through every part of your body.
Flowing through every cell,
Every organ.
Flowing through your legs and your knees and your thighs.
Softening your muscles,
Making your muscles feel lighter.
Feeling a sense of safety.
You can let go and just relax.
Feeling the river of relaxation gently flowing through your tummy,
Through to your chest,
To your heart.
Swirling round and around and around.
Moving gently but freely.
Making your worries and all of your stresses gently wash away.
The river running freely,
Cleansing your body,
Cleansing every cell.
Flowing through your arms and through your fingertips.
Working its way up,
Flowing to your shoulders.
Loosening those shoulders.
Washing away the aches and all the pains.
Gently flowing to your neck.
Softening the muscles in your neck and flowing gently all the way to the top of your head.
Clearing and cleansing the mind of any worries or concerns.
Washing them all away.
Cleansing your body and your mind from anything that may be causing you any kind of discomfort.
Letting it all go.
Just letting it all wash away.
Helping you to feel a sense of calmness,
A sense of tranquility and deep deep relaxation.
Your body is tingling,
Filling every sensation.
You're ready to start a fresh day full of positivity.
You're feeling calm,
Collected,
Grounded and aligned.
Imagine this river of relaxation as a magical river with the ability to heal your body.
Any aches,
Any pains.
The river of relaxation runs through your body,
Making any muscles you have loosen and soften.
Any aches and pains,
You feel them gently fade away.
As you feel your muscles loosen and soften,
You just feel all that tension just melt away.
You feel your body is replenished,
Recharged and renewed.
The river of relaxation runs through you,
Running freely,
Filling your mind with positive thoughts.
Filling you with kind,
Safe,
Loving,
Healing energy.
You are where you need to be in this exact moment.
You are present,
You are safe.
This is your moment of relaxation,
A moment of peace and tranquility.
You are calm and naturally free,
Free like the river of relaxation.
You are free to have a day of your choosing and on this day choose to be confident,
You choose to be happy,
You choose to be motivated,
You choose to be focused and you choose to be calm.
You choose to live a life of joy and peace.
