Hello and welcome to the ultimate morning meditation to start your day.
My name is Laurie Parente.
I'm an intuitive and spiritual mentor and I thank you for spending this time with me this morning.
We're going to be working with colors,
The seven rays of the Elohim.
And when you start your day by bringing in these colors into your intention,
Into you as a being,
You will find that your days begin to align with truth,
With peace,
With clarity and flow.
So begin to deepen your breath,
Taking in deep breaths through your nose,
Inhaling the light of who you are and exhaling any discordance,
Any disturbances,
Any heaviness.
Just continue to breathe in the light of who you are and exhale anything that does not belong.
And as you feel yourself becoming grounded and centered in this moment,
Start to bring in the color blue and allow it to surround you and become you.
Become blue,
Whatever shade of blue works for you.
And this is protection.
This is sacred space.
This is boundaries for you and for your experiences today.
And just allow yourself to melt into the color blue.
And now we will add the color yellow or gold,
However you see it.
Feel it surround you and become the yellow or the gold.
And this is the color of illumination,
Of wisdom,
Of understanding,
Of clarity,
Of knowledge of who you truly are and how you can best be in alignment with your soul essence.
And as you become the yellow or the gold,
Just allow yourself to melt into this color.
And you may find that the blue and the gold begin to merge.
And now we will bring in the color of pink and it can be anywhere from a soft pink to a fuchsia.
And allow it to surround you and be within you and become the color pink.
And this is the color of divine love,
Of compassion,
Of creativity,
Of that unconditional love for all of your experiences,
All of your emotions,
And for who you truly are,
A divine spark of light.
Allow yourself to melt into the color pink and feel that love that knows no bounds.
And as the blue and the yellow or the gold or the pink merge,
Begin to bring in the color white.
The white surrounds you,
You become it,
You melt into white,
The color of purity,
Of harmony,
Of balance,
Of ascension,
Of coming home to who you are.
And allow yourself to melt into the white.
As the blue and the yellow and the golden and the pink and the white all become part of who you are as we're setting the intentions for your day.
And begin to bring in green,
Whether it be a light green,
A forest green,
A jade,
The color of healing,
The color of truth,
The color of letting go of the illusions of dis-ease and discomfort and allowing miraculous healings,
Believing in the healing power of green.
And just step into the green,
Become the green,
Melt into the green.
And now bringing in the color orange,
As it surrounds you,
As you become it,
As it is in every cell of your being,
You melt into the orange.
And the orange is a piece of service,
Of devotion.
It is about how you share your energy today.
And you may see it very,
Very light orange or very bright orange or somewhere in between.
Allow yourself to melt into the orange as it circulates with the green and the white and the pink and the yellow or golden and the blue.
And then bringing in the violet,
Having all the colors melt into the violet and the violet is all around you and within you and you melt into the violet.
And this is about freedom to be who you truly are,
To speak your truth.
It's about transmutation,
About changing your stories and becoming aligned.
It's about ritual and magic and fun and allowing all the colors to melt into the violet.
And as you begin your day,
Setting the intention to embody all the rays,
All their properties and to be truly aligned with what is of your highest good and the good of all others for this day.
And as you bring yourself back to this moment,
To the here and now,
Feeling very clear,
Calm,
Peaceful,
Curious,
Intrigued and in flow,
