Hello,

I'm Lori Parente,

An intuitive and spiritual mentor,

And welcome to the meditation called Dream Waker.

This meditation is best done at night,

Just before bed.

I do suggest that you are seated when you do this meditation and then you can allow yourself to drift off to sleep once you complete it.

So go ahead and get yourself comfortable and start to breathe and roll your shoulders up and back and begin to imagine out in front of you a ball of beautiful color.

It can be one color or many colors and notice that this ball is coming closer to you and go ahead and invite it into your heart space and notice that as it enters your heart space you feel calm and relaxed and you just continue to breathe and let all of the worries of the day go and focus on this time for yourself so that we can set you up to have beautiful dreams that will be supportive and loving and you will remember the lessons.

It's a good idea to keep a notebook beside your bed or if you are with a partner to keep it in the washroom so that if at night you get some information you can wake up and quickly write it down.

You may not remember it in the morning so it's a good idea to write it down.

So as this ball of color starts to grow allow it to grow in your torso and then push it out in front of you and behind you to your left and your right above and below until you feel that you are in this beautiful calm peaceful ball of color.

And now what we are going to do is we are going to invite in your angels and your guides and ask them to be with you in your sleep as they always are but also to ask that you will be able to remember your dreams and that in your dreams what you learn what you experience will become part of your conscious awareness when you awaken.

So just imagine that you are surrounded by golden and white light and that all around you in the shape of a clock there are beings of light.

There are 12 of them and you can think of them as a clock so there's someone at 12 1 2 3 etc all around your body and just imagine that their hands are up and they are beaming light towards you and see all of this light coming into your body.

And notice that they are helping you to raise your consciousness to rid you of any limiting beliefs so that you can be consciously aware of everything that happens in your dreams.

Everything that is of high and beautiful service to you.

The truth is that while our physical bodies rest,

Our souls travel,

We meet with people,

We experience things and we learn.

We are always continuing to learn and expand our light.

And as you are feeling this light growing within you,

I want you to imagine that these beings now turn into orbs of light and that all six of the beings in front of you merge into one orb and all six of the beings behind you merge into one orb.

And with your permission you can invite that orb into your body in the front and also in the back.

Now if this doesn't feel right to you,

Just allow them to come close to you and notice that you are beginning to feel very sleepy and very ready to nod off and go.

So we are going to thank these beings for helping you to become aware of your dreams and we are going to say good night.
