Allow your body to relax.
In this moment.
As this moment arrives.
In life there can be.
Imperfect moments.
There can be raw moments.
There can be unexpected moments.
Right now,
Allow the moment that is.
And relax.
Relax breathe.
Take a moment to notice how you feel in this space as you are.
Take a breath in and out.
Huh.
And notice.
Simply notice.
Allow your breath,
Allow your breath to flow naturally as it does.
Nothing performative.
Nothing grand,
Just breathe as you breathe.
One more raw breath,
One more imperfect breath,
One more breath following particular prior moments.
One more breath.
Relax release.
This meditation.
Is designed to help you ground yourself no matter what.
To ground yourself during moments of uncertainty and inner turmoil.

Breathe through your nose.

Allow each breath out to release doubt.
To release worry.

In through your nose,

Grounding visualization.
Picture a tree.
Imagine yourself as this strong,
Sturdy tree.
Visualise your trunk.
The branches,
That leaves the sky above.
Blue sky.
See the blue sky.
Visualize your roots extending deeper.
Deep into the earth.
Anchoring you firmly.
You are the tree.
A beautiful tree.
A sturdy tree.
As you breathe,
Feel the connection with each breath.
Feel the connection between your roots and the Earth.
Feel the connection between the trunk,
The branches,
The leaves.
Notice the connection.
Imagine drawing strength and nourishment from the ground below.
Grave?
Relax your body.
You're going to be okay.
You are going to be okay.
That was always going to be your journey.
Resilience.
Eventual clarity.
That's your journey.

As you visualize yourself as this tree.
Acknowledge any feelings.
Any feelings at all.
Perhaps uncertainty,
Perhaps worry,
Perhaps doubt.
Visualize.
These feelings are like leaves at the end of branches.
As the tree.
Release those leaves.
Release those leaves.
Release those slaves.
Let them go.
Allow them to fall.
Fall.
To the ground.
Fall.
The leaves have fallen.
But you allow these feelings.
You allow these feelings to exist.
Without judgment.
Allow feelings to exist.
Without judgment.
As the tree,
You have perspective now.
As the sturdy tree you can look down.
And see the leaves upon the ground.
You no longer carry them.
Now you look down upon these leaves,
These feelings.
Name these feelings.
From your vantage point.
Of the trunk of the branches.
From your high vantage point,
You look down.
You're going to be okay.
You are going to be okay.
You have named the leaves.
You have released the leaves.
You feel no attachment to these feelings,
These leaves.
They simply are.
They simply are.
It's okay.
Release.
Embrace your feelings.
Acknowledge the experience.
Which may have led to the feelings.
Recognize it's okay at times to feel lost,
Let down,
Or unsure,
Uncertain.
That's okay.
Feelings are a part of being human.
It's okay.
What we can do as human beings is separate ourselves from the attachment to the feeling.
We can say to ourselves,
Perhaps I feel this.
But the concept of I is separate to the feeling.
Which is separate to the actual feeling.
The concept of I is separate to the action of feeling.
Which is separate to what I am feeling.
Perhaps I feel uncertain.
There is the action of the feeling.
And the feeling itself.
Uncertainty.
And then.
.
.
There is I.
The concept of God.
I feel uncertain.
I can choose to look down upon this feeling.
Like one can look down upon leaves.
I can do this.
One breath at a time.
Just one breath.
Just one breath at a time.
And then,
And then another breath.
As you consider separating yourself from your feelings,
Breathe and relax your body.
Relax your body.
And breathe.
Feeling is human.
We can accept our feelings.
We can also learn to look down upon our feelings.
Speak to your heart.
In your mind say to yourself silently,
I honor my feelings.
I am allowed to question my path.
It's okay to let go of what no longer serves me.
Repeat these affirmations gently,
Slowly.
Allowing these affirmations to truly sink in.

From the action of feeling from the actual feeling.
You can do that.
And dash.

Is perspective.
And with perspective comes wisdom and resilience.
The ability.
To get.

Draw your attention back to your breath.

Breathe out chaos like you would sweep dust out the front door.

You do not need chaos.
You can separate yourself from the cacophony of the world.
You can walk your journey while chaos exists around.
While you're in a center.
Can remain calm.

Body scan,
Starting from the crown of your head,
Slowly scan down through your body.
Noticing any areas of tension.
As you breathe in,
Visualize warmth and light entering different parts of your body.
With each exhale,
Imagine releasing tension,
Allowing those areas to soften.
Relax,

Imagine now a path,
A beautiful path.
A path in front of you.
This path is not always clear.
Sometimes it's a little bit misty.
Little bit foggy and perhaps it twists and turns.
That's life.
This is your journey.
And you can do this.
You can take one step forward.
And then and then when you have taken this step you can take another.
And then another.
And slowly,
The mist ebbs.
The fog disappears.
And you are left with clarity.
And everything is okay.
Everything is okay.
Trust in your journey.
Remind yourself that it's okay not to have all the answers.
All the time.
With each step forward,
You are learning,
You are growing.
And that's enough.
