Now in front of you there is a huge white blank canvas.
On this canvas a door appears.
You open this beautiful door and walk through into this magical world,
A whole new world.
This is a world of your creation.
Does it have beautiful trees and meadows,
Wildflowers,
Rivers,
Oceans,
Majestic mountains or gentle rolling hills?
You paint it in as you desire,
As you walk along the golden path that weaves and winds through this wonderful place.
Today is a day of replenishment,
Of nurturing and nourishing and refreshment.
You notice a gentle waterfall surrounded by beautiful willow trees.
As you walk towards the waterfall and the small pool in which it gathers,
The branches of the willow trees gather around to create a sacred,
Safe space just for you.
In your own time you step into the water,
It is the perfect temperature just the way you like it and the perfect depth.
At the back of the pool,
Just next to the waterfall,
There is a soft stone seat.
You glide across to it and sit in the seat with the gentle cleansing waters of the pool,
Pouring down the back of your head and your neck and your back into the pool.
There is a golden white mist here too.
Both cleanse and clear every cell of your body and every cell of your being.
Feel the pure water and the golden white energy cleansing around you and into you and all is washed away.
All that remains is peace,
Contentment,
Relaxation,
Beautiful energy,
Beauty,
Love and light.
In your own perfect time,
You gently cross the pool and rest your arms on the edge of the pool with your head resting on your forearms.
At this exact moment,
The willow branches part and you marvel at the spectacular views.
All the wonder and beauty and magnificence and gentility,
All the colours,
All the nature,
All the magic of your wonderful new world.
You take a deep breath.
The scent of this place is divine.
You can't remember ever feeling so relaxed before,
But here,
Now,
In this magical water,
In this wondrous world,
With this spectacular scenery and this golden white energy,
You feel safe,
Nourished,
Nurtured,
Replenished and refreshed.
There is a gentle breeze in the leaves.
In your own time,
You step out of the pool and there is a magnificent robe made of your favourite material on a beautiful chair with some fabulous slippers.
You go over,
Put on the robe and the slippers,
Sit in the chair and relax even more,
Marvelling at the view,
At the spectacular waterfall and the beautiful blue skies.
Serenity surrounds you and indwells you.
You take another deep breath.
You notice a beautiful cup on the table next to you.
It is filled with a magical drink that is pure and pristine and tastes delicious.
As you drink it,
Every cell inside of your body feels the cleansing,
The clearing,
The replenishment,
The nourishment and is revitalised.
In your own perfect time,
You stand,
Walk through the curtain of willow branches,
Back along the golden path,
Surrounded by this whole new earth,
Knowing you can return to this,
This feeling and this place,
This reality,
Any time you wish.
You see the door ahead of you that you entered in a time before.
In your own perfect time,
Take one more deep breath,
Open the door and return to a new reality,
Refreshed,
Replenished,
Revitalised and nourished.
