By pausing, coming into the moment consciously, we create and call in greater peace in ourselves and our surroundings. Of course, it is wonderful to dedicate oneself to a deep, substantial relaxation and meditation practice, yet when just a few moments are spare, it is greatly beneficial to incorporate mini pauses throughout our day. Pause in Peace assists us in a very simple way to peace, which when practiced little and often has the potential to bring powerful clarity and profound calm.

Close your eyes and take some comfortable relaxing breaths coming in to every particle of your amazing body and into this moment to pause,

To rest,

To relax,

Breathe and sigh ah wiggle your body gently relax any muscles that feel tight drop your shoulders a little more check in with the muscles of your face are they tight and they relax a little more or any parts of you that feel they are holding tension breathe and sigh again and imagine golden white sparkling shimmering waterfall above your head pouring down through and over your whole body washing away anything you wish to be cleansed and to be released just pause down over your whole body and through your body down and down all the way to your feet and all is washed away and transformed with ease so you come back to peace in this moment to pause gently wiggle your body focus on your breath one more time for one more sigh open your eyes and come back to this present moment
