
Pause In Peace

By pausing, coming into the moment consciously, we create and call in greater peace in ourselves and our surroundings. Of course, it is wonderful to dedicate oneself to a deep, substantial relaxation and meditation practice, yet when just a few moments are spare, it is greatly beneficial to incorporate mini pauses throughout our day. Pause in Peace assists us in a very simple way to peace, which when practiced little and often has the potential to bring powerful clarity and profound calm.
