
Moment To Calm And Cleanse

In the busy world and busy lives, even taking just a moment to calm and clear ones mind and energy can reset our bodies and our energy to come into greater clarity. It is also beneficial to all our bodily systems, and doesn't necessarily need to take a long time. This moment of mediation is created to be brief yet powerful and can be used many times a day to bring greater peace to our selves and our surroundings, to clear away the noise. Equally, if one is already creating calm, this short journey will simply enhance that, gently and easily.
