This Earth meditation is around 8 minutes long. In this Earth meditation, I invite you to begin by standing barefoot on the grass or soil, feeling that first point of contact with Mother Earth. Slowly and gently, you can move into a lotus position — and if sitting isn’t comfortable, simply lie down and let the Earth hold you. I recommend placing your hands directly on the soil or grass, letting her steady presence rise up to meet you. This is a practice of grounding, belonging, and remembering that you are always safe in her arms.
