For this meditation,
Either you are outside or you're standing and I want you to grab some soil like earth into your hands or place your feet on the soil.
While you're taking a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth,
I want you to feel that soil,
That earth in your hands and really feeling the earth beneath your feet.
I want you to feel the texture beneath your palms or in your palms and hold that soil in your hands and place your feet firmly on the ground and really take a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.
From your heart space,
You're just dropping this beautiful cord down to the root chakra which is the area just around your tailbone and from the root chakra,
You're just dropping this beautiful grounding cord down into mother earth and you take another deep breath in slowly as you connect with the earth,
As you connect with mother earth and that grounding cord is just going down through the different layers of mother earth and it's going down,
Down,
Down until it reaches the core of mother earth.
That beautiful sacredness and while you're feeling that soil in your hands and while you're taking a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth,
You're feeling your feet very firmly on the ground and you take another deep breath.
I want you to do like gentle motions like with your hands and feeling that soil in your hands and I want you to stand firmly with your feet on the ground and feel that depth of mother earth.
It's just pulling you a bit deeper.
Feel the sense,
Feel that weight,
Feel the depth,
Feel that calmness that lives here.
So take a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth and the earth is the element of home,
Of safety,
Of unconditional belonging.
So as you're taking a deep breath in,
You're imagining the earth energy going up through that cord,
That grounding cord and it's just going through your feet through the sole of your feet and up the legs,
Up the thigh,
Up the root chakra which is the space and your tailbone is going up into the body and you're exhaling and taking the deep breath in through the nose and I want you to feel that steadiness,
That support,
That grounding feeling.
It's just deeply anchored in mama earth and really surrendering completely and being held by her,
Her depth and when you exhale you're surrendering more of your weight to the earth and really trusting her to hold you and I want you to take another deep breath in and whisper softly I belong and out through the mouth and I want you to take another deep breath in and whisper softly I am rooted,
I am safe in the arms of earth and out through the mouth.
Feel your body becoming heavy,
Stable,
Calm,
Grounded and taking another deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth and know that the earth always welcomes you back,
Always holds you,
Always loves you and really feeling that energy climbing up like from the root,
It's going up into the sacral chakra and up the solar plexus,
Up into the heart it's going up into the throat,
Up into the third eye which is the space in between the eyebrows and up into the crown and you're really grounded,
You're steady and you're still feeling that soil in your hands and really breathing that depth into your body that calmness,
That steadiness into the body and when you're ready,
Taking another deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth and a deep breath in again through the nose and out through the mouth and a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth and you can open your eyes
