This Fire meditation is around 8 minutes long. In this Fire meditation, I invite you to sit with a candle or flame and let its light guide you inward. As you gaze softly, the flame awakens vision, ignites courage in your heart, and sparks confidence in your solar plexus. This practice is about letting fire burn away self-doubt and remembering that you carry your own inner spark of strength and vision.

Welcome,

Welcome,

Welcome So just light the candle in front of you and when you're ready,

I want you to take a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth and one more deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth and one more deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth and one more deep breath in but I want you to be really present with your breath and dropping into the solar plexus which is around your stomach region and out through the mouth and I want you to feel the stillness inside you and before you is a fire so I want you to gaze at that fire fire is the element of transformation,

Power and vision.

So gaze softly at the flame but I want you to really be present with every breath that you're taking in and out just gaze into the flame and notice how the flame is dancing,

How it burns with life,

How it burns with passion,

With energy,

With strength,

With life,

That life force that connects us Take a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth and one more deep breath in through the nose and connect with that fire,

With that life force,

Connect with that passion,

With that fiery energy,

With that burning desire of life As you watch the flame imagine it lighting up your third eye,

This is the place between your eyebrow clearing your inner vision.

Now let the flame drop gently into your heart feel your heart ignite with warmth and courage and I want you to sit with that warmth and that courage and really taking another deep breath in through the nose and really sitting into that heart space,

Into that warmth,

Into that courage and letting it expand and when you're ready,

From your heart,

I want you to see the flame descend back into your solar plexus.

This is the place around your stomach,

Your centre of power Take a deep breath into that centre of power and breathe out and take a deep breath in again and see your belly glowing golden,

Sparkling like sparking with life force,

With strength,

With confidence Take another deep breath in and breathe the fire into your belly,

Let it burn away self-doubt and take another deep breath in into your belly again and let it ignite your inner spark and feel that shakti,

That force,

That strength,

That inner power Just feel it,

Just feel it expanding into the body,

Feel that flame that you're witnessing in front of you,

It's actually inside your body,

That fire,

That depth Just take another deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth and I want you to sit with that fire inside your belly,

Really feeling your strength,

Your power,

Your warmth,

Your courage and at the same time,

Keep gazing at that flame that's dancing in front of you and you're just merging into one Just take a moment and breathe in and out and just stay with that and when you're ready,

I want you to take a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth One more,

Deep breath in and out through the mouth and really starting to wiggle your body,

Wiggle your hips moving your head from side to side,

Moving the shoulder and with your palms,

I want you to bring the palms together and start rubbing them together and taking another deep breath in and out and bringing your palms in front of your face and really touching your face,

Touching your eyes,

Touching your body,

Touching your hips,

Touching your knees,

Touching your legs,

Touching your feet and taking another deep breath in and out and you're complete
