Welcome,
This is your daily practice of coming home to yourself.
Find a comfortable position,
Seated or laying down.
Let your body settle,
Let your breath find its own natural rhythm.
Close your eyes.
In a moment I'm going to offer you a series of affirmations.
These are not wishes.
They are truth that already exist within you.
Your only role right now is to receive them.
To let them land in your body,
Not just your mind.
To feel them even a little.
Even imperfectly.
Take a slow breath to arrive.
And with exhale let your body soften and open.
One more time.
Breathe in.
And breathe out.
Imagine with every breath in that you are breathing in openness,
Receptivity.
For willingness to receive good things.
Including the truth of who you actually are.
And with every breath out.
Releasing any resistance.
A new voice that says,
But.
.
.
Or not yet?
Or that's not me.
Just for now.
Let that voice rest.
We are practicing something different.
Receive these now.
Let each one settle before the next arrives.
I am worthy of love.
Exactly as I am.
Right now,
Without changing a single thing.
My worth is not something I earn.
It is something I was born with.
It has always been mine.
I do not need to prove myself.
My presence is enough.
I release the need to be perfect.
I embrace the power of being real.
I trust myself.
I trust my instincts.
I trust my ability to handle what comes.
I am allowed to take up space.
My voice matters.
My needs matter.
I move through the world with quiet confidence.
Not because everything is perfect.
But because I know who I am.
The more I trust myself.
The more life supports me.
I am healing.
I am growing.
I am becoming more fully myself every single day.
Good things.
Are available to me.
I allow them in.
I am exactly where I need to be.
My path is unfolding perfectly.
I am worthy.
I am capable.
I am love.
I am enough.
Let these words settle into you,
Not as something to remember with your mind.
But as something to carry in your body.
Take one final breath.
In through your nose,
Gathering all this into you,
And out through your mouth,
Offering it to every part of your day.
And when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes.
You are worthy.
You always have been.
