With positivity and with intention,
We feel so good,
So strong and everything just begins to flow.
Let's start with gratitude,
Some words of gratitude,
Some thoughts of gratitude and focus on how they make you feel.
Thank you for this day.
I'm grateful for my peace.
I'm grateful for those around me.
I'm grateful for my friends.
I'm grateful for my family.
I'm grateful for everyone I meet.
Thank you for this feeling of peace.
Thank you for this feeling of kindness.
Thank you for my happiness.
And thank you for my joy.
I'm grateful to be alive.
I'm grateful for this new day.
This day of opportunity.
Now let's take some deep positive breaths.
Breathe in deep through your nose,
Fill your lungs and then let it all go with a long slow exhale.
And then breathe in deep again,
Breathe in celebration,
Breathe out confidence,
Breathe in love and breathe out joy.
Take another deep breath in,
Fill your lungs and hold the breath for a moment and then let it all go and relax your body.
Now raise your eyes up gently up to your forehead.
Bring your eyes up to your forehead without any strain and soften your breath.
And then breathe gently into your forehead.
A breath of love,
A breath of light,
A breath of soft intentional energy into your forehead.
Maybe even see the light that shines there,
Sparkling,
Glowing,
Scintillating.
And then pass your attention down through your body with waves of light.
Of love.
Of gratitude.
And a deep inner peace.
Now let's set our intention for the day.
Today is going to be a good day.
A focused day.
A clear day.
Today is going to be a positive day.
A positive day.
I will be present.
I will be strong.
I will be kind and accept all that comes my way.
I seize today and make it mine.
I will fill today with love.
I will bring love to every step.
To every breath.
To every moment.
And that love radiates to all those around me.
Today I feel a deep peace and confidence.
Today I feel happiness and joy.
Now let's just sit in silence for three more minutes.
