I am so honored to sit in circle with you today.
Welcome to this womb magic meditation.
As this will be a Reiki-infused energy healing transmission to awaken and activate your own magic and healing powers,
I highly recommend you laying down on your back,
Getting really cozy and comfortable in a sacred and safe space.
And before we begin,
I would like to take a moment to really give thanks to the ancient cultures of India and Japan who preserved their healing practices that we are about to enjoy right now.
When you are all warm and cozy laying down,
I invite you to place your hands in the Yoni mudra on your womb.
So palms facing down,
Thumbs and index fingers touching,
Creating a downward facing triangle on your womb space.
And simply connect,
Say hello,
Become present in this very moment.
Give yourself the full permission to be here now,
Nowhere else.
And then consciously drop your mind into your heart space and your heart into your womb.
Take a deep breath through your nose and exhale through your mouth,
Releasing,
Surrendering,
Melting.
Deep breath in and long breath out.
Now gather your full attention,
Your undivided presence in your womb space and tell her how much you love her,
How much you trust her wisdom and power,
How beautiful she is.
And feel her answer,
Feel her lighting up and pulsating.
Can you sense that tremendous power?
Now from your womb space,
From the base of your spine,
Feel your roots growing down into the earth and feel how the earth is inviting you in.
She makes space for you.
There is no force needed.
She allows your roots to grow deeper and deeper through dark fertile soil,
Through crystals and shining rocks.
For you are her beloved child,
The daughter she protects so fiercely.
You can feel her power within you.
Those streams of hot ruby red blood,
Your bones enduring strong,
Your skin so soft and protective.
This deep inner knowing you have,
Your innate intuition you cannot deny.
Wake up to your power beloved sister.
Reclaim your magic.
You are a force of nature.
You are meant to be wild,
Free and untamed.
Feel your sacredness,
The sacredness of your flesh,
Your blood,
Your womb.
Sense her aliveness,
Her throbbing pulsation as she connects to the womb of the earth.
Your womb so deeply entwined with the womb of the earth,
Of Gaia,
Your mother.
And now every fiber of your body lightens up as the core of your power,
The sacred chalice containing your soul's essence is restored with energy.
Feel this decadent energy streaming up your roots.
This elemental force so ancient,
So impetuous and vibrant,
Yet oh so gentle and loving.
Surressing your whole womb space.
Negotiating the dance between life and rebirth,
Light and dark,
Fire and water so effortlessly.
This,

Is the divine feminine essence,
Gaia's essence,
Your essence.
Let it wash through your whole being,
From head to toe,
Through all your chakras and out into your energy field.
Allow yourself to be a channel for this earth magic.
Let the earth move you today.

Glistening earth energy.

You are an earth goddess,
A queen endlessly connected to her land,

Explore the polarities within.
Find the depth of your womb and your roots.
What wants to come through right now?
