Welcome beloved sister,

Welcome to your womb connection meditation.

I invite you to find a place for this meditation that feels sacred and safe,

Where you are warm and protected.

Make yourself cosy with blankets and cushions and then lay down on your back fully relaxed.

I invite you to give yourself the permission to be fully present for this meditation.

Allow yourself that time where you drop everything else.

All your tasks,

Your to-dos,

All your roles,

Your thoughts and plans.

Allow yourself to step into the present moment in your body.

Flesh,

Bones,

Blood,

Power,

Magic,

Stardust.

You are woman and I bow to you.

Now take a deep breath through your nose and exhale it all out with a sigh.

Release,

Let go.

Inhale deeply and exhale completely.

One more time,

Deep inhale and let it all out.

Move your attention to your pelvic bone,

Your womb space,

That sacred chalice of your feminine waters,

The burning fire of your Shakti power,

A portal between life and death.

Creation and destruction,

Birth and rebirth,

Your own temple of blood magic.

Fierce and soft,

Powerful and so receptive,

Wise like the crone and curious like the maiden.

Feel it.

What can you sense?

Now place your hands on your womb in the Yoni Mudra,

Palms facing down,

Your thumbs touching in your navel and your index fingers touching in a diamond shape,

A downward facing triangle.

Let loving energy from your heart trickle down your arms and from your hands into your womb.

Fill her with all your love.

Let this beautiful healing energy flood your ovaries,

Fallopian tubes,

Your whole uterus and vaginal canal,

Your inner and outer labia and your clitoris.

Beautiful glistening,

Glittering pink lights from your heart.

What can you feel?

What is your womb space telling you?

Give yourself the permission to feel whatever comes up for you.

Is there sadness,

Anger,

Fear,

Joy,

Pleasure or pain?

Is there numbness?

Allow it to be there.

Simply be with it.

This is the medicine of your womb.

Trust her wisdom.

Breathe deeply into your womb space and keep your attention on your womb.

Listen to her words.

Is she whispering?

Or is she screaming?

What does she say?

Allow this divine communication to happen naturally.

There is no need to force anything.

She is you.

Your intuition.

Your inner guide and compass.

Tell her that from now on you will connect with her.

Listen to her.

Take care and love her.

Tell her she can trust you.

And keep sending love from your heart over your hands into your womb.

Ask your womb now what she needs from you to feel more at ease.

What she needs from you to feel more connected and loved.

Hear,

Sense,

Feel or know the answer.

Let a smile arise so naturally on your face.

Give thanks to your womb.

You may want to rub her gently.

Stroke the skin of your womb space.

You have done some very deep and powerful work.

Again I bow to you,

My sister.

Slowly,

When you are ready,

Deepen your breath.

Feel the air moving your whole body from head to toe.

Bend your body from your feet all the way up to your crown.

Become aware of your whole body and what feels right for you in this moment.

Listen to what your womb is telling you.

Maybe you want to stretch and move,

Curl up,

Nap,

Dance,

Scream or stay longer in meditation.

Whatever it is,

I invite you to listen to it.

Wow Karina this was so powerful💥really! I came to it with a bit of skepticism - as I’ve not done much womb meditation. I wanted to see if it might help me connect to my sacral and root chakra... I’m blown away!
