And maybe this is something you've thought a lot about and perhaps you haven't thought about it at all yet.
Whatever the case,
I invite you now to find a comfortable position,
Either seated or lying down,
And gently close your eyes.
And as you do,
Feel your body begin to soften.
Take a deep breath in,
And as you exhale,
Let go of any tension that you might be holding.
This is your time and nothing else matters right now except you and your baby.
And as you continue to breathe in and breathe out,
Allow yourself to sink deeper into relaxation.
Let the rhythm of your breath bring you peace and calm.
Breathing in now for three,

Now I invite you to begin to visualize your beautiful birth.
Imagine that you are in the place where you want to bring your baby into the world.
Picture the room around you.
What does it look like?
What colors do you see?
Is there natural light streaming in or the light soft and gentle?
Feel the environment around you.
Maybe you're at home or in a birth center or perhaps at a hospital.
Wherever you are,
This space feels warm.
It feels safe and it feels completely supportive of both you and your baby.
Now turn your attention to the people in the room with you.
Who is there supporting you in this moment?
Picture your birth partner,
Your doula,
Your medical team,
Whoever is in your vision,
See them clearly now.
Each person is calm,
They're loving,
And they are here to support you.
They are exactly who you need in this beautiful moment.
And as you continue to breathe,
Notice the sounds around you.
Maybe you hear soft music in the background,
The hum of gentle voices,
Or simply the sound of your own breath.
These sounds bring you peace and they remind you that everything is unfolding just as it should.
Feel your body as it prepares for birth.
With each breath,
