In this next guided meditation,
We are going to practice the timing around a contraction.
So when you are comfortable,
Close your eyes and imagine a tightening in your belly rising and turn inwards.
Now,
Breathing in 3,
2,
1 and breathing out,
Let go,
Let go,
Let go.
And as you do,
Feel all of your muscles working harmoniously to birth your baby.
You are relaxed and as you turn your attention to the sensations rising in your belly,
You take a deep breath in 3,
2,
1 and a deep breath out,
Let go,
Let go,
Let go.
You breathe love down to your baby.
You are strong and relaxed as you allow this contraction to move through you.
And as it falls,
Breathe it away,
Shoulder soft,
Body soft,
Jaw soft.
It's gone now.
Rest,
Rehydrate,
Relax,
Breathe and repeat.
Your baby is near.
It feels quicker than you think,
But you can do it,
Can't you?
Contractions last around 60 to 90 seconds,
Which is what we just walked through.
You can do this,
You've got this.
You have everything inside of you to birth your baby.
