Good morning,
Before the day gets its hands on you,
Take a deep breath,
Just one slow full,
All the way down,
And sit up straight if you can,
Not rigid,
Just present,
And let your body know that today,
You are showing up for it.
Now,
Bring your attention to the centre of your chest,
The solar plexus,
The seat of personal power,
And with your next breath,
Feel it,
Breathe into it,
Deliberately,
And feel it expand.
You have done hard things,
More than you give yourself credit for.
This morning,
Before the doubt gets a single word in,
Let that land,
Or draw in certainty,
And with each exhale,
Release the need for approval,
Again,
Inhale,
I am capable,
Exhale,
I don't need permission,
And once more,
Inhale,
And 28 hertz frequency moving through you,
Softening the places that tighten when doubt arrives,
Reminding the nervous system of what is actually true.
You are not behind,
You are not less than,
You are exactly where you need to be,
With everything that you need to work with.
Take one final deep breath in,
Fill every corner of the lungs and hold it,
Hold it just for a moment,
And when you are ready,
Slowly open your eyes,
And see the day,
That is yours,
Walk into it,
Knowing it.
