There is a reason you are here. Not because you cannot sleep occasionally. Most people cannot sleep occasionally. You are here because something has gotten in the way of the kind of rest that actually restores you. The lying awake kind. The waking at three in the morning with your mind already running kind. The dragging yourself through days that feel like you are operating slightly behind yourself kind. Sleep is not a luxury. It is the single most important thing your body does. Every system, every hormone, every cognitive function, every emotional regulation mechanism you have depends on it. And yet most of us treat it as an afterthought. Something that happens, or does not happen, after we have finished doing everything else. This course is seven nights of changing that relationship. Not with tips. Not with a list of things to do before bed. With a guided practice that works with your nervous system rather than demanding something of it. Each session builds on the last. Each night takes you a little deeper than the night before. By the end of the week your body will have learned something it may have forgotten. That sleep is safe. That rest is available. That the part of you that keeps watch can finally, for a few hours, stand down. The frequencies change each night. They have been chosen deliberately, building from the gentle surface work of night one through to the deep delta states of nights six and seven. You will find the details for each session at the start of each day. All you need to do is lie down, close your eyes, and follow my voice. Everything else will take care of itself. My name is Karl.
