She is an internationally trained, Oxford-educated, multilingual Psychologist and Systemic Health Expert, a Stanford-educated Nutritional Scientist and Counsellor, and a Senior HR Expert, Strategist and Change Leader with 15 years of Global Corporate experience in the IT sector. Over the years, her professional focus shifted towards Holistic Healing and she now fully dedicates herself to catalyse Individual & Collective Transformation in different Business, Public and Private working contexts with her unique mix of expert knowledge, compassionate curiosity, deep understanding and powerful activation skills. In the Juliverse, she supports clients defining and optimising their own Synergistic Health Ecosystems (S.H.E.) based on a structured and result-oriented work, (ie. Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Psychedelics Assisted Integrative Therapy, Life and Career Coaching etc.). She is based in Trier, Germany and frequents Luxembourg and Budapest, Hungary professionally. Just as much passionate about Electronic Music and Weird Sounds as about Sports (hiking, running, dancing, swimming) and being connected to Nature and a Like-Minded Community (which lead her to Insight Timer in 2017). She follows the Thich Nhat Hahn tradition of Zen Buddhism, she is a neurodiverse addict living in recovery and she is LGTBQ+ friendly. Her North Stars are Openness, Compassion and Joy.
