Take a moment to set a word or intention,
Something that connects you to your confidence.
As you breathe in,
Lift your arms out to the sides and up overhead,
Bringing your palms together.
Exhale slowly,
Lowering your arms back down.
Again,
Inhale deeply,
Arms rise,
And exhale with a sigh,
Letting go.
One more time,
Inhale and exhale.
Feel your feet rooted firmly to the ground,
Strong and steady like an oak tree.
Even when the winds of uncertainty blow,
You remain grounded and resilient.
Now,
As you stay rooted,
Imagine your head stretching towards the sky.
Stand tall,
Relax your shoulders down and back away from your ears.
Take a deep breath in,
Drawing in your intention.
Exhale,
Letting go of doubt,
Watching it float away.
Inhale and exhale.
Place your hands on your hips in a superhero stance.
Breathe in your intention.
Breathe out doubt.
Continue to breathe and repeat to yourself,
I am breathing in confidence.
I am breathing out doubt.
You are strong.
You are tall.
You are grounded.
Your confidence is always within you.
