During our time together,
Give yourself full permission to let go.

Nowhere you need to be.
Your only focus is finding calm,
Ease,
And stillness.
Let's begin by finding a comfortable position.
You may choose to sit on the floor,
On a chair,
Or in your favorite spot.
If it feels better to lie down,
You are welcome to do that too.
This is your practice.
Honor what your body needs in this moment.
When you're ready,
Gently close your eyes.
Take a deep inhale through your nose,
And a soft exhale out of your mouth.
Begin to return to the rhythm of your breath.
Now,
Place your hands where they feel most at ease,
Perhaps resting on your knees or by your sides.
You can turn your palms up to receive energy,
Or down to feel grounded.
Take a moment here.

Now let's begin to slow the breath together.
Inhale for 4,

Hold for 4,

Gently exhale for 5,

Again,
Inhale for 3,

Hold for 3,

And exhale for 5,

Repeat two more times at your own pace.
Inhale.
Hold.
Exhale.
Inhale.

Now return to a soft,
Natural breath.
If your mind begins to wander,
That's okay.
Just notice it,
And gently let the thought float away like a feather on the breeze.
Bring your focus back to the coolness of your inhale and the warmth of your exhale.
You may begin to sense your thoughts slowing,
Like ripples settling on a still pond.
Now imagine a gentle ball of tranquility forming at the crown of your head,
Your crown chakra.
What color is your tranquil light?
How does it feel?
It may feel like warm comfort or cool serenity.
Let it be whatever it needs to be for you.
This peaceful energy begins to flow slowly down from the top of your head,
Softening your forehead,
Your temples,
Your eyes.
Let your brows release,
Your cheeks soften,
Your jaw unclench.
Feel the back of your head ease into stillness.
This calm,
Soothing light now flows around your throat,
Releasing words unspoken,
Tensions held.
Inhale your intention.
Exhale any tightness.
Now feel your shoulders gently drop as tranquility flows over them.
Feel the weight of the day melt away.
Let's roll the shoulders gently.
Inhale as you lift them forward and up.
Exhale as you roll them back and down.
Repeat this two more times.
Now reverse.
Inhale up and back.
Exhale down.
Repeat this motion twice more,
Moving with your breath,
And feel your shoulders settle closer to the earth.
Your energy,
Calming,
Flows down your arms,
Softening your elbows,
Wrists,
Palms,
And fingers.
Open your hands wide,
Stretching your fingers.
Now make a fist,
And stretch again with your fingers.
Doing this three times gently,
Moving at your own rhythm.
Now roll your wrists,
And let your hands rest gently again.
Soft,
Heavy,
At ease.
Tranquility moves behind your heart now,
And flows forward over your chest,
Over your heart center.
Bringing peace and love to this sacred space.
Take a breath in,
Feeling your heart,
And a sighing breath out,
Releasing any heaviness.
Let's calm the energy,
And let it flow and continue downward,
Easing your diaphragm,
Your belly,
Your lower back.
Feel the soft rise and fall with each breath.
If you notice tightness,
You can say quietly,
Or in your mind,
I am breathing in calm,
And breathing out tension.
Now let your tranquil energy flow into your hips and low back.
You may feel tightness here.
Gently sway your torso side to side,
Inhaling one way,
Exhaling the other.
Do this for two more gentle rounds,
Inhaling and exhaling with your movement.
Feel calm flow down the front and back of your thighs,
Over your knees,
Your shins,
Your calves.
With each breath,
Feel them soften and release.
As calmness flows past your ankles,
You can roll them gently.
Stretch your legs out in front of you if that feels good.
As you feel the tranquility,
Reach your toes.
Squeeze and flex your feet,
Spreading your toes out wide a few times.
Allow your legs,
Knees,
Shins,
And feet to soften,
Deepen,
And feel grounded,
Connected to the earth.
This peaceful energy has now traveled from the crown of your head to the tips of your toes.
Allow your whole body to soften,
Deepen,
And rest.
Place one hand on your heart and one on your belly.
Take a slow,
Intentional breath in,
Recalling your intention,
And let out a deep,
Cleansing sigh.
Feel your body soften,
Your heart open,
Your breath steady.
You are connected to your heart,
Your breath,
Your own inner peace.
You've offered yourself time,
Care,
And presence.
