Welcome.

I'm Juliet and it's an honor to share this healing space with you.

I invite you now to pause,

To soften,

To reconnect with the quiet wisdom that lives within you.

Whether you're here seeking calm,

Clarity,

Or simply return to yourself,

Know this,

You're exactly where you need to be.

Let's begin.

Find a comfortable seat.

Close your eyes or lower your gaze softly towards the earth.

Place both hands over your heart.

Feel the warmth and the beating beneath your palms.

Take a long,

Gentle breath in and release it slowly with a sigh.

Again,

Inhale deeply.

Your heart is the home of your deepest feelings,

Your joy,

Your tenderness,

Your fear,

Your love.

Whatever is here today is welcome.

Without judgment,

Notice what you're feeling in this moment.

What sensations arise as you place your awareness on your heart?

Perhaps emotion rests in your throat,

Your chest,

Your belly,

Or jaw.

Now,

Keeping one hand over your heart,

Gently place the other hand where you feel tension or emotion in your body.

Let's breathe into that space together.

Inhale for 4,

3,

2,

1.

Exhale for 5,

4,

3,

2,

1.

Once again,

Inhale.

Let your breath move gently in and out.

Remind yourself these feelings are valid.

These experiences are mine.

There is no right or wrong way to feel.

Release the need to fix or change anything.

Just be here.

Just breathe.

Inhale self-kindness.

Exhale judgment.

Inhale acceptance.

Exhale pressure.

Now imagine your heart glowing gently with the color of compassion.

What color do you see?

Let that color glow and grow brighter and warmer with each inhale.

And as you exhale,

Send that loving color to the places in your body that need tenderness.

Breathe in compassion and breathe it out,

Letting it fill every part of you.

Let it wrap around your thoughts,

Your emotions,

Your body.

As this love expands,

Bring awareness to where your body meets the earth.

Feel your rootedness,

Your strength,

Like the trunk of an old oak tree.

Your breath is the breeze that moves through your branches,

Steady,

Grounded,

Alive.

Take one final deep breath in and gently let it go.

Bring your awareness back to here and now.

Wiggle your fingers or toes and let your eyes flutter open.

As we come to a close,

May you carry with you the compassion and softness that already lives within you.

Know that at any moment you can place your hands on your heart and return to the space of deep love.

You are worthy,

You are enough,

And you are deeply held.
