In our final guided meditation, we'll reflect on how we can recalibrate our personal stories to include all that we have learned, celebrated, and experienced in the year. Tomorrow, you'll be able to enjoy a music-only track, to have the space to personalize and integrate your summer solstice journey.

Welcome to day nine of our 10-day journey to the summer solstice.

Today we are going to start reflecting on what it means to tell a new story.

We're also going to talk out some new affirmations.

But as usual we are going to start with finding a quiet space and getting comfortable in a seated position.

Once again we give ourselves permission to enjoy and relax into this nourishing time out which is time to focus on our own creative well-being.

So take a few deep breaths,

Breathe in and breathe out.

And as always if you can allow pause between the in and the out breaths even better.

So with our affirmations today we are again focusing on strengthening our solar plexus chakra and repeating to ourselves affirmations that are positive,

Life-affirming and encouraging and remind us that we are in control of our own narrative.

So you may like to just simply listen to these affirmations.

You may like to repeat them after me.

You may even like to get a pen and paper and write them down.

But whichever way you engage with these affirmations I invite you to give yourself the time and the space to let them find their way into your ecosystem.

Find a way to let them be absorbed and allow them time and space to land,

To ring true.

I am allowed to take up space.

I celebrate the abundance of everything in my life.

I feel motivated to pursue my purpose.

I can create positive change in my life.

I'm worthy just as I am.

I'm motivated,

Persistent and successful.

I'm content with my life in my heart and mind.

I'm kind to myself and my development.

I'm whole and complete.

People value my work,

My time and my love.

There's nothing that I need to do or be to earn love or respect.

I can say no when something does not serve me or help me to grow.

I accept myself as I am and release the need for approval.

Every day I understand my purpose with greater clarity.

As I live my true purpose,

Joy and contentment fill my life.

I act with my sole purpose in mind and wonderful things happen as a result.

I demonstrate my life purpose in everything that I do.

I'm a person of purpose.

I'm worthy enough to follow my dreams and manifest my desires.

I have everything I need for success.

I hope you enjoy feeling a way and speaking your way through those affirmations.

And as I mentioned previously,

If you can speak these affirmations out,

They are 10 times more powerful.

So give it a go.

In our meditation today,

We are going to continue on to the idea of a mindful storytelling reset.

Our journey to the summer solstice is a great way to think about our personal story and how the events of the year have allowed us the chance to revisit that story and build in new recognitions of the things we've done and achieved and the direction that we're going in.

You may even like to consider this your creative manifesto.

Let me give you a definition of a manifesto.

A modern manifesto is a statement of purpose and a script for action that will allow you,

As a citizen of the creative world,

To recruit yourself to your own cause,

Navigate bravely and share your unique position with others.

In preparing to revisit our personal story,

It can be helpful to think about our current story and whether it's an enabling or disabling story.

Ideally,

We are heading in the direction of an enabling story,

But it may help you to understand what a disabling story might look like or sound like.

A disabling story might start with,

I don't,

I can't,

I haven't got,

I wasn't born with,

I'm not naturally good at,

Or I never.

And in contrast,

An enabling story might start with,

I like to,

I try,

I'm experimenting with,

I'm lucky to have,

I'm naturally good at,

I often.

So for the rest of this meditation,

I invite you to enjoy the music and to start reflecting on an enabling story.

What is your enabling story that's been recalibrated to reflect some of your achievements this year?

What are you proud of?

What are you confident in?

What can you say as an affirmation to help you anchor your purpose and your journey moving forward?

I invite you to continue breathing,

To continue relaxing as you explore this exercise,

And then when you've spent a few more moments enjoying this activity,

Open your eyes and prepare to return to the world.
