Ask yourself, What does it feel like to be fully alive, Deeply grounded and wide open to Source? Let this question open up the field of limitless possibility. Take a slow, Deep breath in through your nose. Exhale gently through the mouth. Set your intention. I connect fully to Mother Earth below and Source Light above. I am a clear, Centered and aligned vessel for Life Source energy to flow. Inhale, Visualize thick ancient roots growing from your feet, Deep, Deep down into the Earth's core. Feel her holding you. Draw up her warm, Primal energy, Your creative, Sexual Life Source, Your fire. Let it rise through your legs, Belly, Spine, Charging every cell in your body. Exhale, Release any tension or interference. Send it down through your roots to be transformed. Now inhale again. Bring your awareness to the crown of your head. Feel it open like a sunroof. Golden Light pours in pure Source energy. Let it stream through your crown, Cleanse your mind, Heart and spine, Merging with the Earth energy rising within you. You are the bridge.
