And leave your hands on top of your legs.
Relax your face.
Relax your shoulders.
Keep your core straight.

Let's start by inhaling.
Counting from 1 to 6.
This can be done mentally.
Exhaling also counting from 1 to 6.
In the same pace as your inhalation.

Visualize how all your vital energy fills up.

And through the exhalation.
Wish you life love.
Passion.
Happiness.
Lowing down the right side.
Inhale.
And imagine a white light.
Slowing up.
Through your left side.
Are exhaling.
Imagine self-love.
Compassion.

It's okay.

Coming up slowly.
In a smooth way.

And visualize a warm,
Soft flow of energy.
Going down,
You're right.
You can start letting go of your imagination.
And breathe.
In a normal way.
Always conscious.
Always.
Feeling the movement.
In your body.
Always press it.
Keep your eyes closed.
Stay still.
And start becoming aware.
Of your surroundings.
Sounds.
The temperature.
The smells.
When you're ready.
Bring your hands together to your heart.
