Welcome to Ground Into Your Power.

Take a moment to arrive,

Not just physically but energetically.

Let your body land here right now.

Take a slow breath in through your nose and exhale out your mouth with a soft,

Grounding sigh.

Again,

Breathing in through the nose.

Exhale out your mouth.

As you breathe,

Feel yourself dropping into your spine,

Into your legs,

Into your feet.

Bringing your awareness to the ground beneath you.

And imagine this energy rising from the earth like a warm current.

Energy that you're not creating,

You're simply receiving.

Receive this warm energy from the earth.

With every inhale,

Feel your body grow heavier,

Rooted down,

Down,

Down.

With every exhale,

Release any old weight,

Burdens,

The doubt,

The pressure,

Expectations you've outgrown.

And again,

Release it.

And imagine that roots are extending from your feet into the earth.

These roots are very thick.

They're not weak.

They're very strong.

They're very ancient.

You can feel their power.

Roots that say,

I am here,

I am stable,

I am strong.

Take a slow inhale and let this truth rise from the ground,

From the root,

Through your legs.

Feel yourself become steadier,

Stronger,

More solid in exactly who you are,

Which is a being of strength,

A being of stability,

A being of presence.

Let your shoulders roll back slightly.

Feel your chest opening.

Feel your heart lifting.

You're no longer collapsing into the world.

You are rising in it.

As you breathe,

You repeat to yourself,

I am rooted.

I am steady.

I am powerful.

And feel your energy reorganizing itself,

Gathering into your core,

Gathering into your heart,

Gathering into the truth of who you have always been,

Rooted,

Steady,

Powerful.

Take one more deep,

Full inhale and exhale with power,

Letting the sound leave your body if it wants to,

Grounded,

Present,

Here.
