Human Design Gate 42 Completing the Cycle Find a comfortable position,
Seated or lying down.
Gently close your eyes.
Let your body arrive.
Take a slow breath in through your nose.
And exhale softly out of your mouth.
Again,
Inhale.
And exhale,
Letting something go.
Bring your awareness into your body.
Notice where you are being held and where you can soften.
Let your shoulders drop,
Your jaw unclench.
Your breath deepen naturally.
There is nothing you need to do right now.
Nowhere you need to go.
Just this moment.
Just this breath.
Begin to bring to mind a cycle in your life that is coming to completion.
It could be something small.
Or something meaningful.
No need to force clarity.
Just let whatever arises gently appear.
Notice how it feels in your body.
Without needing to change it.
And as you inhale,
Feel the fullness of the experience.
And as you exhale,
Allow it to soften.
To release.
To complete.
Inhale,
Receiving what this experience has given you.
Exhale,
Letting go of what is no longer needed.
Let your breath become the rhythm of the cycle.
Beginning.
Middle.
And as you exhale,
Feel completion again and again.
Now gently ask yourself,
What did this experience come to teach me?
What did I learn from this experience?
Let the answer rise.
Not from your mind.
But from your body.
Maybe it's a word.
Maybe it's a feeling.
Or a knowing.
And if nothing comes,
Trust that too.
Integration doesn't need to be rushed.
Imagine the cycle gently closing.
Like the sun setting at the end of the day.
Like a wave returning to the surface.
Like a wave returning to the ocean.
There is no force here.
Only natural completion.
Silently repeat to yourself.
I allow this cycle to complete through me.
I receive the wisdom it leaves behind.
I trust what is ending and what will begin again.
Bring your awareness back to your breath.
Back to your body.
Back to the space you're in.
Notice how you feel.
Without needing to label it.
Gently begin to wiggle your fingers and your toes.
When you're ready,
Slowly,
Gently,
Gently.
Open your eyes.
You are allowed to finish things.
You are allowed to integrate.
You are allowed to grow at your own pace.
