Letting curiosity float.
Take a moment to arrive in the body,
The breath,
And the spirit.
Notice how you have landed without making any adjustments.
Try to notice without judgment.
Notice with curiosity.
Now begin to align the spine,
Noticing the places of your body that are connected to a surface,
The soles of your feet,
The sit bones.
Feel yourself rooted,
Drawing energy up from the frequency of the earth.
Track the tailbone down,
Lengthening the back.
As you bring awareness up the spine,
Start to stack the bones,
Creating alignment as you rise.
Draw the shoulders away from the ears,
And let the crown of the head lengthen to the sky.
Keep your awareness in the crown of the head,
The place of thoughts and curiosity.
Notice your relationship with your imagination and curiosity.
Do you let yourself be playful,
Or do you immediately seek clarity and resolution?
Our ability to let curiosity float in the mind without attachment and the need to figure it out can open a portal of ideas that can end up fueling our dreams and igniting our souls.
Let the body and mind be enveloped by wonder.
Let your questions float aimlessly.
Feel the lightness in your chest when you allow.
Feel the reservoir of endless possibilities.
Take this childlike curiosity and wonder into your day.
Stop and notice the everyday wonders around you.
Let them have space.
Let your mind be curious.
Repeat this affirmation.
I allow my questions to fuel my curiosity and step into wonder and imagination.
Take a moment to notice how the spirit feels.
Inhale the arms up and over your head.
Exhale,
Rainbow the hands down.
Again,
Inhale the arms up.
Exhale,
Rainbow the hands down.
One more time,
Biggest breath of your day.
Inhale up,
Oxygenate the lungs and exhale down,
Release.
Have a beautiful day.
