Making any final adjustments to allow yourself to relax all the way down.
As you notice that soft rise and fall of your chest,
As you allow yourself to get most comfortable now,
Just allowing yourself to fully,
Deeply and completely relax,
Connecting in to what it really means to be you.
Noticing as you allow those muscles around your eyes to just relax,
Melt down,
The tension in your jaw loosen,
The muscles in your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your whole body now relaxing all the way down.
And just noticing in your body now as you allow it to soften,
To relax.
Just noticing where you can connect in for yourself now.
As you witness that soft rise and fall of your chest,
Relaxing all the way down,
In a moment we're going to go to a time where you just felt so deeply and completely connected to you.
But before then,
We're just going to relax down even deeper now,
Maybe even noticing in your body now where you feel the most connected to you,
That place in your body that might surprise you,
But wherever it is,
Is perfect for you.
Noticing that connection to self,
That part of you that allows you to truly be you.
And now in a moment we're going to go all the way back to a time where you just felt so authentically you,
Wherever you go now is perfect for you.

As this vision becomes clearer and clearer,
You notice this sensation in your body,

You are there out in the future,
Stripped of all the layers,
All the conditioning,
All the stories,
The beliefs that have been keeping you safe,
But at the same time holding you back,
As you allow them to now just fall away and all that is left is this version of you standing tall,
So deeply connected to all the parts of you that make you,

Noticing as this future memory becomes so crystal clear,
The feelings,
The sensations of what it really means to be the most authentic version of you.
Noticing where you are,
Noticing who you're with,
