Welcome to this 10-minute guided coaching meditation designed to help you clarify your intention and desire and to help you discover next steps toward that intention and desire at this time in your life.

Begin by getting grounded and centered in your body,

Letting your mind become still.

Find a comfortable position in a chair or lying down.

And just begin to notice your breath.

With each exhale,

Let your body relax just a little more into the surface that is supporting you.

And feel your connection to the ground beneath you.

You're fully supported as you take this time to discover what your true inner self has to say.

Imagine a grounding cord extending from the end of your spine and reaching down to the center of the earth.

Let this cord wrap around the earth's core three times to tether you safely and securely to the earth's surface and to be a conduit where you can exchange energy with the earth,

Releasing any old,

Negative,

Stale energy down through the grounding cord.

Just let any thoughts,

Feelings,

Worries,

Sensations that are ready to be released flow down through that grounding cord into the earth's core,

Where it will be transmuted and recycled.

And receive now from the earth with your next breath love,

Light,

And support,

A bright energy that fills you completely as you inhale that gift of love and light from the earth.

And let it fill every nook and cranny of your body and your mind and your spirit.

Placing a hand on your heart,

Notice the rise and fall of your chest as you breathe in and breathe out.

Nothing to do or change here,

Just follow your breath.

Notice how the inhale becomes the exhale and how the exhale becomes the inhale.

And now imagine this light,

Open heart space here in the center of your chest as you breathe in through the back of that heart space.

Let light fill the space in your chest underneath your hand and exhale through the front of your heart space.

Just opening this space as you prepare to listen deeply and connect deeply with your true self.

And breathe in peace through the back of your heart space.

Breathe out calm through the front of your heart space.

And two more times,

Breathe in peace,

Breathe out calm.

Breathe in peace,

Breathe out calm.

And releasing your hand from your heart space,

Begin to listen deeply here.

What is your heart saying to you now?

As you take a bird's eye view of your life at this moment in time,

What do you see?

What feels important to you at this time?

Does what is important match with what your heart is desiring at this time?

And what do you love about your life as it is right now in this moment?

And what could you use more of?

What would you like to create more of in your life?

What would support you in becoming your best and highest self at this time?

Notice any patterns and overlaps that connect each of these questions that you've asked yourself.

What is important to you?

What is your heart desiring?

What do you love about your life right now?

And what would you like more of at this time?

Maybe there's an answer that culminates in one word or one intention.

Listening deeply now for that to rise up.

And when you have that intention and desire,

Place your hands on your heart.

Take three breaths as you hold that intention and desire in your heart space to seal it in.

Breathing in and out once.

Twice.

Three times.

And ask yourself what is the next step to take toward realizing this intention and allowing this desire to show up in your life.

And when you have that action step,

Take note that this is the answer from your truest,

Highest self.

And thank yourself for your practice today.
