Explore MeditationJennifer Morgan is a yoga and meditation teacher, RYT200, and physical therapist. In May of 2022 she started Mindful Mondays Sangha, a meditation group, to provide a welcoming space for people to experience the benefits of meditating together, and to be supported in beginning, or continuing their own personal meditation practice. Jennifer is passionate about creating community and excited to support people in their meditation journey. She believes that the energy, support, and insight that is shared when people come together to meditate as a group is an integral part of each individual's success and unfolding.
