Are you ready for sound sleep tonight? During this meditation, feel yourself letting go of your day, all the worries, the anxieties and the stress. Relax your body, calm your mind and find yourself driving off into a sound sleep.

Welcome to sound sleep.

Take a moment to get yourself into a comfortable position,

Lying down,

Where you can easily drift off into sleep.

Close your eyes and begin to tune into the natural rhythm of your breath.

Breathing in through your nose and out through your nose.

And now,

If you can adjust your body to be even 10% more comfortable,

Feel free to do that now.

And as you're getting more comfortable,

Allow your mind to catch up with your body as it too starts to relax and let go.

It's time to release the day behind you.

All the experiences,

Feelings,

Worries,

All of it,

It's in the past.

And you are here now in this perfect present moment.

Allow your mind to float like the clouds in the sky,

Effortless,

Serene.

If thoughts arise,

Simply notice them without judgment and let them float on by like those clouds in the sky,

Effortless,

Serene.

Start to focus in on your breath and your breathing.

Notice how the air flows in and out of your nostrils.

Notice your belly and chest moving up and down to the rhythm of your breathing.

Begin to feel your body sinking more deeply into the place where you're lying down,

Sinking deeper and deeper.

You are more and more relaxed with each and every breath.

Begin to scan your body from head to toe,

Noticing any sensations.

Let warmth settle into your muscles,

Relaxing your body from the top of your head to the tips of your toes.

Breathe in stillness,

Breathe out surrender.

Breathe in stillness and breathe out surrender.

Sleep comes to us when we fully let go and surrender to the stillness.

It comes when we know we are safe,

When our bodies are relaxed and our minds are emptied of the thoughts that we think.

That's when sleep comes.

You are giving your body a gift of deep rest tonight,

Deep,

Sound sleep.

You are safe.

You are calm.

You are in the perfect present moment.

You are drifting into a deep,

Sound sleep.

You surrender today and tomorrow.

You are still and you are here now.

Breathing in stillness,

Breathing out surrender.

Breathing in stillness,

Breathing out surrender.

You are effortlessly drifting into sound sleep.

Your body is calm.

Your mind is quiet.

You are at peace.

Your body is calm.

Your mind is quiet.

You are at peace.
