Welcome to this meditation,

Empowering your dragon energy.

Find a comfortable position,

Sitting upright and comfortable enough to breathe deeply,

Relaxing the body and closing the eyes.

And as we close our eyes,

Just committing to taking this practice seriously,

Because the animal is not light-hearted,

The dragon.

It will only come when called in a serious manner.

So just allowing the facial expressions to calm and just connecting to that deep breath.

And as we deepen our breath,

We can connect with this dragon energy.

As we are aware and may have seen in films and books,

The dragon's breath is one of their strongest features.

So bringing some noise to the breath by closing the throat a little bit.

I'm just listening to your own sound that you create as you breathe.

Again,

Relaxing the eyes,

Relaxing the face,

Relaxing the shoulders,

Beginning to feel the belly fill with air.

As you imagine yourself as a dragon in its lair,

In a cave,

Snug and safe,

Sitting in your warm,

Safe,

Cozy home.

Feeling the security here,

Just coming back to the breath again,

Feeling the deep,

Slow movements.

I think it's important to be able to call in the dragon energy when you need it.

But first and foremost,

I think it's important to know what energy you're calling in.

So as you feel into your body,

Feel into an area or a chakra which feels like the dragon energy is needed.

And as you breathe in nice and deeply,

Just feeling the area of the body that it's calling you and start to concentrate your energy in that area.

Just go with your intuition,

Don't overguess it,

Overthink.

Really concentrate on this area and breathe in there with intention.

And the next step is to create your own call.

This can be any noise you like to make,

A whistle,

A hum,

An um,

An ooh,

An ah,

Any word,

I want you to take a deep breath in and almost experiment with the noise that comes out and if it resonates with this area.

And feel free to try again with a different noise,

Seeing what activates the area which you're concentrating on.

Again,

Giving full concentration,

Breathing nice and deeply.

And again,

Doing your sound,

Deciding on it.

And now you've decided on the noise,

Do it one more time with a almost healing intention,

That this noise will heal this area of the body where our dragon energy has been sitting and holding,

But maybe not been activated.

Okay,

And now letting go of the noise,

The call,

We've called in the energy.

Just feeling this now.

And just be aware of any streams of energy coming from either above or below,

Entering the body.

And just feeling where this stream of energy is coming from.

As we're breathing in nice and deeply,

Almost pulling this energy from a source.

Again,

Concentrating on that area in the body which you feel is right.

Breathing nice and deeply into the area.

And the next thing we can do is feel what color the energy is which is coming into the body.

What color is this energy activating the area?

And really feeling this clearly like a crystalline energy coursing through the body.

And just feeling the energetics of the body changing frequency to align to this vibration of color.

And the next task is to expand the area until we can feel the whole body submerged in this light.

And if it helps you,

You can go back to the call that you've came up with to strengthen the energy in the body.

Again,

Connecting with that deep breath on the inhale.

And just remember to keep a calm face and shoulders to stay relaxed.

And the last thing I think we can call in is the intention behind this dragon energy.

So just speaking to our intuition and asking what words or word or mantra does this dragon energy go by?

And seeing what comes to us.

And whatever pops up,

Just take it.

You'll know when it feels right.

And just repeating this to ourselves.

We feel the words either out loud or into ourselves.

As you breathe in,

Especially feeling the words sink into the body.

And as we breathe out,

Almost feeling like this mantra is shining from our skin.

As dragon energy radiates out,

Not just internally,

But can be seen from a long way.

Just feeling a very strong connection to this mission.

Allowing it to saturate all of our cells to become this and live by this energy more,

Day by day.

And I'll leave you here with the invitation to stay stronger,

To radiate more,

To find depth in the body.

And sit in with this energy as long as you need to.

And with the challenge of the next day,

To call in the energy again and see how it changes your day-to-day actions.
