I'm really happy that you joined today.
I'm Ishwari Akibaya,
And I'm a meditation and yoga teacher.
I'm teaching here meditations on inside time anomaly.
I have a series that's called Just Be.
So for me,
My work is always connected to my heart and being ourselves.
And from that,
I would love us to create our dream life.
And I have a special guest today,
Nayona Honey.
And yeah,
She's a professional singer and is joining us for connecting to our vision through our voice.
So I'm really excited about that.
And I also didn't do this before.
Thank you so much for having me here.
So I just let you know,
Like how we will structure the event.
After we're coming,
We do like a small heart connection.
So we open the space of being connected to our hearts.
And then I will talk a little bit about my experience with vision boards and how it helped me in my life.
Then we are doing a small meditation where we're connecting to a future self.
And this meditation will be,
We're meeting our future self in 10 years.
So it will be much more easier to create our vision for one year,
For 2026.
Then we have prepared some journal prompts.
And I hope you have your notebook ready so you can take some notes.
And when we have the connection to our voice part,
And we have some time for sharing later for your questions.
And yeah,

I invite you to now close your eyes.
And yeah,
Let's start with a small guiding meditation.
We're reconnecting ourselves to our hearts and coming into the space.
So I invite you to create now your vision out from your heart and let yourself be led from your heart.
So breathe in through the nose.
And out through the mouth.
And again in through the nose.
And out through the mouth to really connect here to this present moment.
And last time in through the nose.
And out through the mouth.
And relax your shoulders.
And let go of everything.
What is not belonging here right now to really arrive in this space right now.
In this present moment.
Allow yourself to come to your truest essence.
Just the soul that you are deep inside.
You're connected to your heart.
To your soul.
To your own truth.
It's kind of the wisdom of the heart what we're having and it's often so distracted.
To get even deeper I invite you to send the breath to your heart space.
In through the nose and send your breath to your heart.
And see how your heart is just giving the attention to this heart space.
The heart is opening and expanding.
And again send your breath to your heart.
And last time.
And I will give you an intention which you can take.
Or if you don't then set your own intention for today's practice.
And this hour which we are sharing together.
I open my heart to create from my truest essence.
And I release everything that no longer serves me.
My heart knows the way.
If you want to take this intention then take this and breathe it deep into your heart.
Your heart knows the way.
Or any other intention.
Everything here is just an invitation.
And then let the intention spread through your whole body.
Feel this intention already true in the whole body.
And let yourself be surrounded by this intention also.
Feel that you are in your true essence.
Let every distraction fade away.
And just sense what is coming here up for you now in this present moment.
And allow everything to be as it is.
Moment by moment.
Let it be.
Let yourself be.
In loving awareness just observe.
To invite you to trust yourself,
Your inner voice and your wisdom.
And if you like gently open your eyes.
And I welcome you back.
And let's talk a little bit about vision boards.
So Colette for example was sharing that she is already familiar with vision boards.
And really is even doing those every month.
I did my first one two years,
Mostly two years ago.
And I was like okay just give it a shot.
I don't know why I even tried it.
And it was so interesting to see.
Like I wanted to put so much on it.
Because I was like okay if I wouldn't like manifest it now then I can't like do everything.
But then I really had to think okay what is the essence?
What do I really want in life?
And then while I was creating the vision board.
The vision board is like a poster where you put your visions on.
For anyone who is like not familiar with the concept.
When I was creating it I needed to do more space.
And then I developed a practice every day connecting myself to it.
To the vision board.
And yeah it gave me like true focus on what I want to do in life.
And it was really helpful.
And what I also did was putting the vision board on my phone.
And so I always could connect to it.
And yeah for me it's kind of magic.
Even though it's not magic if you really focus on it.
But it was like kind of magic that everything was happening.
So I put a C on it.
And I wanted to live like all my life actually at the seaside.
So I was spending one year at the seaside.
And I wanted to continue practicing meditating.
So I put this already also on it.
Yeah.
So if you want to share with your experiences.
Other experiences.
Also interested and maybe share with your audience.
If it was helpful for you or not.
And maybe you want to share also if you have some experiences with it.
Or with visions in general.
No I'll leave that for now.
But I do find it really interesting.
And this is actually the first time of me really intending on doing a vision board.
I'd done it before but I just put it somewhere in the corner.
So this time it's going to be the first time that I'm really invested in it.
So there are different forms of like connecting with your vision.
And yeah there's also science backing it up.
Well that's not really my part.
But there are a lot of athletes that are for example visualizing their sports event,
Sports game before.
And then they actually like did it before.
And there's something in our brain that's changing like neuroplasticity.
And our brain doesn't know between the imagined and the real.
And for me there are different forms of vision boards.
So I love like the classical one.
You have a poster then you cut out some from old magazines.
Like pictures or you use like Pinterest and then you print them out.
And then like lay them before on a poster.
And I love to color also the ground.
And like really set an intention like connect to my future self and say okay what do I want and what really resonates.
Like really,
Really resonates.
But I think like it's more about connecting to your vision.
It's not just like having this poster.
You could also do it for example writing yourself a letter and reading it every day.
Or it could be a symbol.
For example you have something at home.
Could be even this pen for example.
And you put really the intention inside of it.
And every day connecting to it.
And yeah what I really recommend you put it on your desktop.
On the background from your laptop and also on your phone.
I have it on my phone as well.
So you always,
Yeah you can't forget.
And we live in a like very big city in Berlin and we have so many distractions.
So and everything is so interesting.
So you want to go like there and there and there.
But then we can lose the focus.
And if you have really clear what you're doing then you always can connect to it.
So I think the form doesn't matter.
But what matters is the intention and the daily connection.
And what I like to do is like standing in front of my vision board and connecting to my heart.
And just setting the intention that I'll stay with this energy.
So there's a certain energy also around it when you're creating it.
Yes.
And then I would say okay then it's like trusting the process also.
So you have your vision clear.
And after that that's just well the vision board is like a starting point.
So you have to clear what you want.
And then it becomes an action board.
And I don't know if you also like maybe working with your intuition.
There's sometimes those small impulses which you've got.
And then you don't know why this is happening.
But you just have to follow those.
Because it's like your heart sends you in a way and direction.
And then the small impulses during the live.
And you can well you have to listen then inside.
And then just do those.
And there can come up fear also.
Because often when we put a vision board we have like something that we want to change ourselves.
And so we have to do different actions.
And then that can be scary.
And what else is coming up blockages.
And our nervous system is not like might resist.
So yeah.
But what's also happening that there's a lot of joy and lightness and trust in it.
And it's really nice those moments when you figure out that something came true on your vision board.
I had a friend she also did a vision board.
And then once she was traveling.
And she was like what is this moment.
I know this moment happened somewhere.
And then she remembered it was on her vision board.
Yeah.
So I don't know.
If you're practicing with vision boards and have experiences.
Maybe it happens to you also.
I can imagine.
Yeah.
And also what is like it doesn't have to be stable.
For example if you see okay now your heart sends you a different direction.
Then you can change it also.
You can put a different picture on top of it.
Or write a different letter.
So I really like this concept of working with the future self.
Or also higher self is like the same for me.
The same concept.
To really get deep into our vision.
Because I think there is something inside of us.
Like from my experience that already knows what way we have to take.
And we just have to get into this sense.
I am media sharing.
I used Canva this year.
And did it as becoming word.
Yeah that's nice.
So it's more like in this action area.
So yeah sometimes what happens is if you have just a vision.
Then you just don't do it.
Then you don't have to forget that you have to take action.
So yeah.
Even though I'm also like what I'm working on.
Is like often like just we are already like good enough.
And we are ourselves.
And I'm teaching often the just being ourselves.
Then it was like can I really like teach now a vision word.
And future self.
And I think yes.
Because I think we can create from ourselves.
Like from our truest essence.
And then we create stuff.
Because I think we are here on the earth to create.
And do the best thing we can do.
And be our best selves.
Okay.
So I hope you are ready for the future self meditation.

So then you have like big vision.
And then it's so much easier for you to tackle down later.

So yeah.
Make yourself really comfortable.
If you are regularly meditating.
Just take your favorite meditation posture.
I invite you to straighten your spine.
Really from the hip area.
To the crown of the head.
Where your shoulders are up and down.
Your palms are facing upwards.
Your eyes can gently close.
And your lips are touching each other.
And your teeth are apart.
And you are opening yourself.
For your sacred space.
For your safe space.
In meditation you are creating your own safe space.
And allowing space to let everything arise.
As it is right now.
In this present moment.
It's kind of self love practice.
Taking this time.
Now for you.
To connect deeply to you.
To yourself.
You just have to be present.
And bring your awareness again.
To your breath.
And invite gentle natural breathing.
Let your breath very exhale.
Calm your nervous system down.
And with every breath.
You are entering deeper.
And deeper.
Into this space now.
Into this present moment.
And to yourself.
Now really to relax everything.
Imagine white light coming from the top of your crown.
Down and doing a body scan.
From the top of your crown down.
To the top of your feet.
So relax your whole head.
Shoulders.
Forehead.
Your eyes.
Your jaw.
Your belly.
Your whole back.
And your hips are relaxed.
So both legs.
And your feet.
If there's any tension left.
Just let this tension dissolve.
With every exhale.
Into open space.
Now invite you.
An imagination.
That you see a golden staircase.
Before you.
It's really beautiful.
And warm and glowing light.
And you see that there's power.
Behind the staircase.
And you're so attracted to it.
And you just know that you have to go.
The stairs down.
And you begin to descend the staircase slowly.
One step at a time.
And connecting with every step.
Deeper and deeper into yourself.
Into your true essence.
Into your true wisdom.
You feel each step beneath your feet.
And there is golden light surrounding you.
And you feel that you're really safe.
Guided.
You're held.
From inside and from outside.
And you continue descending this golden staircase.
And go deeper and deeper.
So you're really connected to your truth.
To your heart.
Then at the end of the staircase.
You arrive at a place.
That feels like home to you.
You really sense that you belong there.
It's your favourite space.
The space where you really can be yourself.
You don't have to hide.
You just be yourself.
With everything that is arising.
Maybe it's a beach.
Maybe a forest.
Or even a sacred temple.
Or a mountaintop.
You just know.
What does it look like?
Really visualise.
Where are you there?
Maybe it's a familiar place.
Maybe you've visited before in a meditation.
It's your safe space.
Notice the colours.
And the light.
And the energy.
It is your space and you can make it how you want it.
And what can you hear in this space?
Maybe there is water.
Or birds.
And what can you smell?
Maybe the ocean.
Flowers.
Or incense.
Breathe the smell in.
Just smell what you really love.
Maybe it's the roses.
And what can you sense on your skin?
Is it warm?
Can you feel the breeze?
Or a certain texture?
And what can you taste?
Maybe you can taste fresh air.
Or salty air.
Or honey.
Notice what is present.
In this place.
Where you're really home.
It's the first step to envision.
Where you feel home.
Where you are belonging.
Enjoy this space.
Your space.
Then you sense that there is a presence.
In this space.
And you know it's your future self.
It's a version of you in ten years.
And you know that the essence of this version is the same as yours right now.
But this ten year version of you is embodying this essence.
Your fullest,
Your truest potential.
What does your future self look like?
Really see it's energy.
And feel it's energy.
And know that the same energy you already have inside of you.
And now you can really sense the love of your future self.
And the strength.
And the most important,
The clarity of your future self.
Your future self already knows what steps you have to take.
To live the best life you want to live.
And your future self is speaking to you without words.
And is showing you images.
Visions of what is possible for you.
And you get a deep sense of what is calling you.
What are you becoming?
And now sense what does your ten year vision look like.
And as your future self already knows,
Shows you what needs to happen.
What actions you have to take.
What changes you have to do.
What do you have to let go of.
And what choices do you have to take.
And now really sense deep into what comes alive in you.
What comes deeply alive in you.
Maybe it's just a feeling.
Maybe there are words popping up.
Maybe there is excitement,
Maybe there is fear.
It will be there.
Just see.
And now your future self shows you how to capture this vision.
How to capture this for you.
Daily connection to your vision.
It shows you how your vision board can look like.
Is it a poster?
Is it a collage?
Is it words in a journal?
A symbol?
An object?
It shows you clearly where to put and how to put your vision board.
What form wants to hold your vision?
Envision it.
Envision the colors,
The texture,
The feelings.
And now your future self gives you one final gift.
Something your heart needs to hear right now to stay on the path.
On your path.
Maybe it's a message.
Maybe it's a word.
Or maybe it's just a knowing.
What does your future self want you to remember most?
What do you need to hear now?
What is the one thing your heart needs to hear right now?
To stay connected with yourself.
I invite you to hold this message in your heart and let it sink in.
And now if you like,
You can smile at your future self and you see it smiling back.
And you can give it a hug.
And sense your self merging.
So you're right now becoming your future self.
The energy is already present in you.
And it was there all the time.
And with this merging,
Everything dissolves what is holding you back,
For really embodying your truest version.
And you feel how loved you are.
This deep love inside of you.
And you feel how seen you are.
And you know that this feeling is real and it's coming from you.
And you know you have the energy to do everything that your heart needs to see the way to.
And now with this feeling,
This love surrounding you,
This self love and this pure energy,
You're deciding to return to the staircase.
You're taking everything what you've learned with you and to begin to return.
And you start to send the staircase slowly,
One step at a time.
And carrying everything with you.
The visions,
The messages,
The knowing,
The love,
The energy.
And it's all real.
It's all here right now.
Often what we're seeking is just this energy,
What we have inside of us already.
We don't need to do anything more.
And slowly you reach the top of the stairs and gently connect to your breath again.
Inhale through the nose gently and exhale through the mouth.
And release everything what is holding you back,
If there's anything left.
Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
And come back to this present moment,
To this space here right now.
And come into your body again and maybe wiggle your fingers,
Your toes.
And feel that you're fully here right now,
Fully present.
And when you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
And I invite you to stay in this receptive state.
And if you like you can reach now your notebook and write some findings down.

That's a beautiful practice,

So I am here to remind you all that your voice is sacred.
It is not just sound.
It is the vibration of your soul.
A bridge connecting you to your visions and desires,
Awakening what already lives within you.
And that's why I'm so happy to be here because I can remind you all that your visions and desires are already part of your identity.
And expressing that with your voice can be a part of putting something out there in the universe.
This guide is meant to help you release resistance and reconnect you to your voice,
Connecting to your visions and desires because they are already yours and I want you to notice how close they have always been.
So let's start and get comfortable with softly and slowly centering our breath and calming our nervous system.
Close your eyes if you want to and take a few seconds to align with your body,
Mind and soul.
Take a slow deep breath in and exhale fully.
Let's breathe in the air making space for our voice to flow at ease and breathe out.
Now let's pull up our shoulders and while doing that inhale and release the shoulders while exhaling.
So now let's try and get a bit comfortable,
Shake our shoulders,
Shake our arms,
Loosen up a little,
Move our head around to the side,
Maybe stretch your arms up to the sky and while releasing your arms slowly down brush your fingertips over the side of your head.
Feel the sensation of your fingertips on your skin,
From your ears,
Your neck,
Softly brush over them,
Your chest,
Your shoulders,
Then continue with your arms and then brush your hands and your fingertips and you can also your legs,
Wherever you feel comfortable and while doing that I want you to fill your lungs with air and imagine creating space for your voice to activate and for your visions to flow freely as your heart desires.
So breathe in and now when we breathe in we open our mouth,
We breathe in and when we breathe out we open our mouth widely imagining our voices,
Freeing up space for our voice to express freely.
Now place your hands gently on your chest and on your belly and feel the rise and fall while you breathe in and out.
And now take a slow deep breath in and exhale with a soft sigh ending with a hmmm.
Any tone that feels safe and natural for you.
Low or high,
Short or long,
Loud or soft,
Whatever your heart desires to express,
Let it flow and be in this very moment.
Please continue humming while I tell you that every sound you release is perfect the way it is.
There is no right or wrong,
No pressure,
No performing.
Every hum you release is perfect exactly as it is.
Just feel the vibration of your voice moving through your throat,
Chest and belly.
Notice how this opens doorways to your inner visions.
Now let's bring gentle awareness to one of our energy centres,
Releasing tension or blockages,
Creating space for your visions and desires.
Today we chose our heart,
The centre of your chest,
The place where openness and presence naturally lie.
Place your hands gently over your heart to feel the vibration of your voice moving through this point.
Take a slow deep inhale,
Filling your lungs with air and as you exhale,
Hum a sound that feels good to you.
It can be any sound.
Low or high,
Short or long,
Soft or loud,
Let your voice express exactly what it wants in this moment.
Notice your voice gently forming into the space around you.
It is settling into the world like a blanket.
Simply allow it to flow without forcing.
Let's close off with one last sound of your choice and rest here for a moment.
Let your heart receive and your body absorb what your voice just opened.
I wrote down three affirmations that felt natural for me.
First one,
I am ready.
I am the embodiment of my desires.
I receive no matter what.
