Hello dear soul,

I welcome you to this session today and I'm really grateful you joined for this beautiful meditation that will give you back all the energies that belong to you.

So,

If you feel like you need your energy back,

Gave it to people,

To places,

To beings,

To things that don't need your energy anymore,

Then that's the call for you to join this meditation to reclaim it all back,

To let it flow into you again and just be with your energy.

So,

Before we start the meditation,

I invite you to stand up or if you're in standing position then it's already nice and then shake it all out,

Like shake everything out what you don't need.

So,

Really let go of what you can with this shaking exercise at this present moment,

Like really get it all out.

So,

Move your head a little bit from side to side and I'll show you this back and forth,

Small circles and get out.

So,

This meditation today is with a clear intention,

With a clear focus,

It's really about energy and it's about your energy.

So,

Maybe shake a little bit more and then maybe like stretch also a little bit,

Like do all the movements you need to do in this moment and like let it out all what doesn't serve you.

Like what we're doing now is we are creating space,

Creating space for the meditation.

Actually,

This is also already a part of the meditation but for the still part of the meditation.

So,

You have to do some sounds or just like sigh or anything like let it out,

Shake,

Shake,

Shake,

Shake and you're allowed to let it go,

Like give yourself the go for letting go.

Maybe give yourself a gentle massage or whatever,

Like really do what you need right now to get it all out.

So,

What we try to create is like,

Yeah,

Space in our head and our body as it's a combination.

Okay,

You can do this practice at any time during the day.

That's not a recommendation what day,

What time during the day would be better or something,

As it's just connecting you to your essence and your energy and your flow state actually.

So,

I invite you now to sense into your body and feel what posture you need.

Like what posture you want to be in the still part of this meditation.

I,

For example,

Like to sit in my meditation posture.

If you have one,

Then take this.

Maybe you also can stand and if you like,

You can also enjoy the meditation walking.

But yeah,

I would invite you to find a comfortable position where you can be still,

The body is still.

If you need more movement or whatever,

You can pause the tape now,

Do more movements,

Sing whatever you need to do,

Dance or whatever and then you can jump back for everybody and you want to enjoy now this peace state and still position and just be still.

Find your comfortable position and allow your back to be straight.

From the hip area to the crown of the head,

Back is straight,

You find length,

You get into this length and I would invite you to find a really comfortable position.

Maybe it's also on a chair,

I don't know,

Depends.

But it would be useful if you take a position where you're used to meditate.

So,

One position where you know you feel comfortable,

But you also can try out.

So,

Find this straight posture and then find balance with your head.

Your head is balanced over your upper body,

Make really small movements so your head feels very light.

Then your upper body,

Also move a little bit and find the balance that feels really light and then let go and relax.

Feet to lower legs,

The upper back and now to let go and relax.

Through the nose and out through the mouth and last time,

Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth and now relax also your shoulders.

Part of what does not serve you at this present moment.

If you feel at any point like you need to change posture,

Feel free to do it,

But invite you to change posture into a still position and always come back to a still position.

Let the relaxation and I invite you to also relax your head without pressure.

Just be relaxed,

You know.

It can happen that your body is sending you some impulses.

There are different impulses.

There are wooden impulses,

Like impulses,

Where it's helpful to follow those to get into deeper relaxation.

There are others that are distracting.

So before we follow impulse for moving something,

Ask yourself,

Is it for my highest good or is it just distracting?

And if it's something to release,

We're all still in the phase where we are trying to get into this relaxing state.

So if it's helpful for relaxing,

Then follow the impulse.

If not,

Just observe,

Okay.

I give you some space and time now to get into this observation mode.

So everything is fine.

Everything is good and it's allowed to be here in the space.

It's your sacred space that you are creating with being present.

So maybe you want to put your focus on your breath and then the impulses will arise by themselves.

So before an impulse arises,

Watch,

Notice,

What is this?

For example,

Itching in the nose normally is not for relaxing more.

It's more for distracting.

So this one,

Just observe.

It will pass normally after some time.

So give yourself the time to really relax and maybe scan your body again from the crown area of your head to your toes where some tension is still left and release it with the breath or just without breath.

It's also possible.

With the power of your mind,

You can relax all parts of your body actually.

You just have to let go and let the magic happen.

So often because we are tightened up and we want our mind to have the control of everything,

We don't get into a relaxed state and we don't let it happen even though the whole time it's there for us.

All the states are available at the same time actually.

So allow yourself to be completely relaxed.

I will guide you through one technique.

I would be very interested after the meditation if you could give me some feedback about it.

For now,

Focus on your heart area.

Send your breath through your heart area to the heart area.

Start breathing through the heart.

So imagine that your heart has nostrils.

Breathe in through the heart and out through the heart area.

So we're opening up the space where intonation can lie and there are gifts and our guidance lies it's all in the heart area.

Though that doesn't mean that you can't get access from another part of your body and guidance but the heart area is really really powerful.

So let's practice here.

Breathe in through the heart area.

And just notice what's coming up.

Stay with this breath through the heart area.

And while you're in this relaxed state,

You're connected also to your higher self,

To your true soul,

To your wisdom,

To your potential,

To your true self.

So to really step into your power and get all the energy what you need to fulfill the gifts you're here to do what is like purpose for you in life.

And to really step into your power for any work you're here to do and also to be present in every moment to release the past and the future and to be for you and your loved ones for all the people you're meeting during the day.

So feel free to stop breathing with the heart but still stay in the heart area.

So for everybody it's best that you got your energy to fulfill what you want to have to do whatever it is.

And if it's just relaxing then it's also good to have the energy.

Breathe again deep in through the nose and out through the mouth and again in through the nose.

We'll work a little bit also with the third eye and put it together with the heart area and all chakras at the same time.

So we set the intention now to open all chakras so an energy exchange is possible.

So I invite you now to put the index finger and the middle finger on your third eye and rub it from up down to the nose like really strong and really fast.

And you can stay with your focus on the heart area at the same time at the eyebrow center.

So it's possible actually to be your focus on different things at the same time.

And with every breath you let go even more of what you don't need.

Okay then stop the rubbing.

And through the nose,

Exhale through the mouth.

You can sense now your third eye.

Relax of all what is coming up.

Relax with every sensation what's coming up.

Every sensation is now okay.

You're doing really powerful energy work.

So before getting all the energy back,

What's your energy?

You have to release all the energies that are not yours for this present moment.

Okay you want to step into your highest version.

You want to step into the version you are here to be here to serve the world.

So let all go out.

With every breath,

Every out breath,

You let go of all the energies you have stuck in your body,

Mind,

System.

Let it go.

Let it go.

Let it go out,

Out,

Out,

Out.

Okay and do whatever you have to do to get all the energies that don't belong to you now out of your system that don't serve you.

Get them out.

Okay get them out.

Now again inhale and exhale.

Whatever visualizations are coming,

They are fine.

Maybe there are some images you see and you let them go.

You let them go.

You let them go.

Okay let them let them go.

They don't belong to you and the people and the things where they belong now are the universe or whatever.

Something we're going to take care of it but it's not yours.

So let it go.

Let it go.

You're doing an awesome job.

You're free now from the energies.

Maybe it's a little like kind of strange state but now I would like you to visualize a symbol.

First symbol you got into your mind.

Don't worry.

It's the best symbol you can get.

It's perfect.

This symbol will be filled with the color or different colors.

Whatever comes up into your mind right now.

Let it come.

So this symbol represents the energy.

Your energy.

So you see it getting brighter and brighter.

And this symbol that you got there has the power to get all your energy from all the places,

From all the different lifetimes if you had any and from every situation,

Every human being,

Every different being on this earth,

Other realms and whatever.

Like from every every every everywhere.

Okay this symbol knows where to go.

This symbol knows how to get your energy back.

Now you have to give the allowance first to say okay I'm ready for that.

I'm gonna get my energy back and I'm ready to accept help.

So if you have a spirit team then invite them in.

Okay you need all the help you can get.

Invite all your spirit team in to reclaim your energy now.

They'll help you.

And see this symbol change while it's reclaiming back your energy.

And see how the color changes.

How everything changes and gets more powerful.

You see the symbol is loading up.

It's getting from every circumstance where you had your energy.

It's getting it back for you.

How beautiful is it right?

And it is okay that it's easy.

You don't have to fight for it.

Your spirit team is helping you.

You and the collective consciousness can work together.

Awesome.

So make it simple.

If this symbol needs help your spirit team will help in this moment to reclaim your energy.

Whatever images are arising.

Whatever sounds are arising.

Whatever feelings are arising.

Well actually this work is outside of your body right now.

Back in place.

We'll keep doing work on the energy body and we put it outside.

So it's kind of as dissociated to state but it's okay.

We will integrate it.

If you're scared right now it's okay also.

Don't worry.

You're all safe.

The universe is protecting you.

Every cell is protecting you.

Okay stay with your breath.

Don't like lose yourself somewhere.

Breathe out and see this energy getting bigger and bigger.

And the symbol changing and you see how powerful it is.

So here's the invitation for you to pause the tape if you think you really need more time.

It's like important this work.

You can sit with it hours.

It's okay.

So if you think you have to sit with it and like charge this symbol you can do it.

Or you can also like do this meditation again to reclaim your energy.

If you see there's still some work to do or maybe something changes because always when we are in during the day and then the energy changes so we can reclaim our energy back.

But I just wanted to invite you.

So see how the symbols pull the energy.

And now take this symbol into your imaginative hands.

You can also like with your closed eyes see the symbol and see how valuable it is.

This is your energy.

So put this symbol.

I invite you to like just play it with your hands so you get into this body contact.

But you can do it with your imaginative hands but maybe with your real hands would be also nice.

So decide for yourself.

See the symbol and see how much love is inside there.

How much joy is inside there.

How much like everything is inside there.

And that's the motor of you being your energy.

Your energy is your currency.

So if you're ready look at this.

Get familiar with it.

Feel how beautiful it feels right.

And that's you.

So you take this energy now and put it where you want to put it.

In your body.

You put it in your head,

In your heart area,

In your body area,

Wherever.

You feel where it belongs.

Okay.

Say when you know where it belongs.

Maybe it's a part where you normally practice energy work.

Maybe it's a different part.

And maybe you can put it in different parts of the body.

So you take your hand and put it where it belongs.

And when you put it where it belongs,

Not a part of the body.

Maybe the throat area,

Maybe the head area.

Maybe you put the symbol like into different places at the same time.

And feel what happens.

So you're coming now back to the body,

Like the material body.

And putting the energy there.

So you had all chakras open.

Now the energy is in all chakras.

And then sense what chakra point is like the most active in this moment.

Okay.

So maybe then it's overactive,

But it's okay for the moment.

And the symbol is integrated now in this part of the body.

And distribute it to every cell of your body.

Feel.

And just feel energy.

The only energy that belongs to you is present.

It's real self-love what you're doing.

And it's not for yourself,

But for all the other people also.

And the other beings.

As you gave all the energies away that didn't belong to you.

And you reclaimed yours.

It puts you into a flow state.

You see how everything is in motion.

This energy is inside your body,

In every cell,

Everywhere.

And it gets out of your body as well.

You can radiate it.

You can make it even smaller and bigger.

But yeah,

If you have all your energy with you,

You can function really well.

And now I want you to really,

Really,

Really tap into what is happening right now.

Tap into the moment.

Into this present moment.

And into your senses of the body.

You really have to understand with your mind-body complex what is happening right now.

What you're feeling right now.

What you're sensing right now.

And this is your nature.

So you have now your energy.

And feel from the head and the crown of your head to your toes how your body is feeling.

Feel the silence.

But as crazy as it can be.

Like a relaxed,

But also fulfilled and energetic state at the same time.

This energy work,

When you've got your awareness back,

You're just connected to your true self.

So we're closing the session now.

I invite you to breathe in through the nose,

Down through the mouth,

And again in through the nose,

Down through the mouth,

And again in through the nose,

Down through the mouth.

I invite you to open your auras whenever you want to.
