Welcome to a meditation that is meant to inspire a sense of wholeness and belonging with yourself and in the world.

Taking a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Just arriving here in this place of safety and allowing your inner child to roam freely.

Feeling into your root chakra as you ground your energy into this space.

Today's meditation will help you move from codependency of any kind to self-sovereignty and wholeness.

From reactivity to a space of freedom.

Listen to these affirmations as you relax deeper.

Allowing any tension to melt away as you give your inner child the space to feel exactly what is here for you.

So simply scanning your body now and observing where any tension may be and watching as it melts away down into the earth where all tension has been released to receive the beautiful frequencies that are here for you today.

So centering your mind now on the base of your spine and noticing these incredible roots of light.

These roots of light are going to be the channel for which old energies move through your system to be transmuted with the help of earth.

The earth to you,

Not to you,

Is something that can never be stripped from us and it is where our sense of wholeness arises.

Restoring your relationship to the earth,

Restoring your sense of belonging,

You start to feel more fearless,

Noticing how much more grounded you feel to your body,

Sourcing your sense of aliveness,

Your sense of peacefulness through your personal channel.
