Welcome to this deep sleep guided meditation.
My name is Andre Wilson and this session is brought to you by the Inner Alchemy School of Wellness here on Insight Timer.
This session will be a guided body scan that will take the mind out of the thoughts and into the body,
Bringing more calm and clarity to the mind,
As well as activating the rest and deep sleep modes of the nervous system.
As you gently scan your body,
Your awareness moves away from the chatter of thoughts.
With each passing moment,
You become attuned to subtle tensions,
Allowing them to naturally release.
This mindful practice guides your mind into a tranquil state,
Paving the way for a peaceful night's sleep.
As your body and mind harmonize in relaxation,
Find a quiet peaceful place to lie down on your back.
Make sure you are comfortable with a soft pillow and a warm blanket.
Close your eyes gently and take a deep cleansing breath in through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth.
Release any tension as you exhale.
Take a moment to bring in any positive affirmation,
Positive intention.
Breathing that into the body and shifting your awareness down to the right foot,
To the tip of the right big toe,
Feeling the tip of the toe all around the right big toe,
Shifting over to the second toe,
Third toe,
Fourth toe,
The right pinky toe,
To the bottom of the right foot and the top of the right foot,
And all around the right ankle,
Feeling your awareness,
Feeling this sock of awareness,
And as you inhale up the shin,
The calf,
All around the right knee,
As if a glistening light of relaxation shining upon this area,
And breathing in up the right thigh,
To the right sit bone,
The right hip,
And just feeling that right leg in your awareness,
Fully relaxed,
Shifting over to the left big toe,
The tip of the left toe,
All around the left toe,
Second toe,
Third toe,
Fourth toe,
Left pinky toe,
The bottom of the left foot,
Top of the left foot,
All around the left ankle,
Up the left shin,
The left calf,
All around the knee,
Just feeling this energy,
This energy of awareness and relaxation,
And as you breathe in up the left thigh,
The left sit bone,
The left hip,
And feeling from the toes up to the hips,
Encased in your awareness and relaxation,
And shifting up to the navel,
The low back,
The bottom ribs,
All allowing relaxation in,
We shift up to the sternum,
The bottom of the shoulder blades,
Top of the shoulder blades,
To the collarbone,
And shifting over to the right thumb,
Tip of the right thumb,
All around the right thumb,
Right index finger,
Middle finger,
Ring finger,
Pinky finger,
Palm of the right hand,
Back of the right hand,
Around the right wrist,
Feeling the hand relax as you shift up the forearm,
Around the elbow,
Up the upper arm,
To the right shoulder,
Feeling that arm completely relax,
And shifting over to the left thumb,
Tip of the left thumb,
All around the left thumb,
Left index finger,
Left middle finger,
Ring finger,
Left pinky finger,
Palm of the left hand,
The back of the left hand,
All around the left wrist,
Up the left forearm,
Left elbow,
Left upper arm,
To the left shoulder,
Feeling all of the energy from the toes to the shoulders,
And feeling this energy of awareness rise up the neck,
To the chin,
Bottom lip,
The top lip,
Tip of the nose,
Bottoms of the ears,
Tops of the ears,
Eyelids,
Eyelashes,
Eyeballs,
Cheeks,
Relaxing,
Eyebrows,
The base of the skull,
Forehead relaxing,
Up to the crown of the head,
From the tips of the toes to the crown of the head,
The body encased in your energy of awareness,
And bringing in this positive intention,
Positive affirmation,
And feeling the sensation of gratitude course throughout the body,
Feeling the love for your friends and family,
Your closest loved ones,
Holding that energy throughout this new awareness across the body,
Feeling it radiate throughout,
Allowing this energy to cradle you,
As you fall into a deep,
Deep sleep,
A sleep of deep,
Deep peace.
