EFT Tapping For Anxiety Relief
by Kaylee Slade
Tap along with me in this EFT tapping session designed to help ease and reduce feelings of anxiety. We will gently tap through a series of points on the body while focusing on releasing tension and calming the mind. This practice can help you feel more grounded, relaxed, and at ease. You can repeat this session as many times as needed whenever anxiety arises or you need a moment to reset.

I wanted to help reduce and settle anxiety if it's coming up for you.
Often when anxiety comes up it is because we're focused on something in the future or we might be replaying old stories or situations from the past.
And sometimes we might not even have a reason why anxiety shows up but it can be very uncomfortable and not feel good.
So let's try and tap and reduce your anxiety today.
You may like to rate your anxiety on a scale of 1 to 10 where 10 is very bad severe anxiety and 1 or 0 being no anxiety at all because I really want to help reduce that anxiety to the lower scale of the spectrum and hopefully get you down to a 1 or a 0.
So let's start off by taking a deep breath in and out.
Let's do two more deep breaths.
So deep breath in breathing into your belly.
Exhale out your mouth.
One more deep breath in and out.
Okay so just follow along as we tap through the different points.
Remember to really feel into that anxiety.
I know it's going to feel uncomfortable but as we tap it's going to reduce.
So just tap along with me even though I feel anxious.
I have so much anxiety.
I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
Even though I'm feeling anxiety right now.
It's making me feel so uncomfortable but I don't know what to do.
And even though I'm feeling this way I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
Even though I feel so anxious right now.
It's so uncomfortable.
I don't know what's causing it.
Or maybe I do know what's causing it and I just want it to go away.
Even though I feel like this.
I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
Feeling so anxious.
So much anxiety in my body.
I'm just so anxious.
I'm so frustrated with how much anxiety I have right now.
Why can't it just go away?
Why can't I be free from this anxiety?
So much anxiety.
I feel it so deeply and strongly in my body.
My heart is racing.
Maybe I feel short of breath.
Maybe I feel it in my stomach.
Maybe I feel it in my throat and chest.
Maybe I just don't know where it is but it just feels so uncomfortable.
So much anxiety in my body.
I just want to crawl in a ball and hide.
So anxious.
So overwhelmed with this anxious feeling.
This anxious feeling is really weighing me down.
I just can't pinpoint what's causing this anxiety.
Maybe this anxiety feeling is coming up all the time.
Or maybe I know exactly what's causing it.
And I'm choosing to acknowledge this anxiety now.
I'm choosing to see this anxiety.
I'm choosing to feel this anxiety.
I acknowledge your anxiety.
Because when we can acknowledge our feelings,
When we can feel our feelings,
We can actually release them.
We can start to heal when we feel.
As silly as it sounds,
It's true.
And even though this anxiety is showing up very strongly right now,
I'm accepting it.
And I'm releasing it.
Because in this moment,
I'm actually really safe.
I'm so safe in this moment.
So I'm choosing to see that now.
I'm telling my mind,
Body,
My body,
My spirit,
That in this moment,
It's safe.
I'm safe.
I'm so safe in this moment.
And I'm letting this anxiety flow through me.
As I'm in this safe moment.
Because as I feel it,
I heal it.
And I'm reminding myself,
I'm safe in this moment.
I'm going to take a deep breath in.
I'm so safe in this moment.
Feeling lighter and lighter.
Feeling calmer and calmer.
Breathing deeper and deeper.
My heart is softening.
My body's opening up as it relaxes more and more.
My shoulders are dropping.
I'm breathing deeper and deeper.
Deep breath in.
And out.
I'm so safe in this moment.
It's safe to be me.
It's safe in my body.
I'm so safe.
Feeling calmer and calmer.
Feeling more relaxed and at ease.
I'm feeling so peaceful.
All that anxious energy has flowed through my body.
I've let it go.
Because in this moment,
I'm safe.
I'm so safe.
And it's okay to feel calm and relaxed instead.
I'm choosing to feel calm and relaxed now.
I'm choosing to breathe deeper.
Deep breath in.
And out.
Feeling so calm.
Feeling so at peace.
Body,
Mind and spirit.
Deep breath in.
And out.
Just noticing how you're feeling now.
You may need to do a few rounds to really reduce that anxious feeling.
If something is causing your anxiety today,
I invite you to really focus on that situation,
That thing,
That thought,
Whatever is triggering the anxiety.
And as you bring it up,
I invite you to tap on it.
Do the round of tapping as you're focusing on that thing that's bringing the anxiety up to really help neutralize the feeling and allow you to desensitize that anxiety to that thing,
Whatever's causing it.
Let me know how you go.
I really hope this has helped.
I know how hard it can be to have anxiety.
So I see you.
I resonate with you.
And I really hope this has been helpful.
