Today's session is all about confidence.
You know,
There's a lot of things
That make us feel confidence.
First thing is the posture.
Can you roll your shoulders back?
Can you lengthen your back?
Can you lift your chin up?
Open the chest,
Open the heart.
How does that make you feel?
Let's take a deep inhale in through the nose.
Now with the exhale,
Sigh out all your worries.
Sigh out everything that you no longer need.
Let's take another breath in through the nose,
Breathing in that confidence,
That power.
Yes,
You.
Yes,
Me.
I am great.
And then exhale out,
Let go.
Let go what no longer serves you.
Let's do it one more time.
Breathing in,
Feeling full,
Feeling fiery,
Feeling fabulous.
And exhale out,
Let go.
Close the eyes and find a little bit of stillness
Wherever you are.
Feeling long and strong through the back of the body.
Feeling open and confident through the front of the body,
Through the heart.
Maybe even have a little smile on your face.
I feel good.
I am confident.
I am great.
I've got this.
Let's go into the box breathing.
Inhale in through the nose,

Inhale in the confidence,
Feel it.
Feeling the body full and hold.
Exhale out,

Let's slow it down a little bit.

How does it feel to be full?

Let go
Of what no longer serves you and hold it empty.

Feel that breath in the belly and your hips.
Breathing in from your hips all the way up to your heart.
Feel that breath in your heart,

Exhale out from your heart space
All the way down into the hips.
Hold that breath in your hips,

One.
Inhaling in from your hips all the way up
To the heart space.
Feeling full,
Feel that breath in the chest,
In your heart,
Hold it there.
And then exhale out,
Three,
Two,
One.
Feel that breath in your hips.
Letting that air travel like a circle of motion
From your hips now,
All the way through your solar plexus,
Through that confidence center,
All the way into your heart space,
Hold it full.
And exhale out,
Empty from your heart space
Through the solar plexus,
All the way down
Through the belly,
All the way down to the hips,
Into the root,
Hold it.
Let's take another breath in from your hips all the way,
Let the air travel all the way up into your heart,
Hold it full.
And then exhale out from your heart space
All the way down into your hips and hold it empty.
And I want you to keep going like that on your own time.
So you're inhaling from your hips,
Feel that air traveling all the way up
Onto your heart space.
Feel your heart full,
Feel your body full
And you hold it for four.
And then you exhale out,
Let that breath travel
All the way from your heart space,
All the way down into your hips and you feel grounded,
You feel rooted,
You feel strong,
Hold.
On your own time,
Keep going.
Feel your breath moving through your body,
Feel the music moving through your body.
Find the ease,
Find the release,
Find the softness.
Yes,
Even in this softness,
We can feel strong,
We can feel confident,
We are powerful.
Let's take the big breath in through the nose
And then just hold it there.
Hold it full,
Hold it there.
Feel powerful,
Feel strong,
Feel confident.
And when you feel ready,
Just let it all out,
Out through the mouth.
And then you bring your breathing back to normal.
