Hi.
This session is all about being charged.
We're focusing on the crown chakra,
The top of the head,
Feeling clear and light.
Let's take a deep inhale in through the nose and exhale out through the mouth.
Just let go.
Find that comfortable seat or wherever you are.
Find that comfortable place to be.
Inhaling in through the nose and exhale to sigh out.
Let go.
One more deep inhale into the body.
When you do that,
Lengthen the spine,
Lengthen the back of the body,
Open the front of the body,
Open the heart and then exhale,
Sigh it all out.
And then start tuning into your breath.
Making sure that we have that nice long spine,
That we have that connection through the back of the body all the way to the crown of the head so you can almost feel how you're growing taller through the crown of the head.
Chin is gently tucked in but there's still space in between of your chin and your chest so that the breath can flow freely.
Chest is open,
Heart is open and you can feel that breath going all the way down into the belly as well.
Face is soft and the mind is light.
Let's take a deep inhale in through the nose for four,
For three,
For two and one and hold your breath on the top for four,
For three and two and one and now exhale out through the mouth for four and three and two and one and hold your breath for four and three and two and one.
Inhaling into the body for four,
Three,
Feeling for two,
One and hold your body full.
How does it feel to be full?
Three,
Two,
One and exhale out empty for three,
Two,
One and hold it empty.
Three,
One,
Couple more rounds inhaling in through the nose.
And hold,
Hold,
Hold,
Hold it full and then exhale out empty.
Every single drop of air out the body the body and then hold,
Hold,
Hold,
Hold.
Inhaling in three,
Two,
One and I want you to hold it full.
Imagine that you're floating in the air or floating on the water,
Whatever makes you feel at ease and light and bright and then exhale out empty.
Three,
Two,
One and hold.
Two more rounds inhaling into the body.
Let your whole body expand,
Keeping that nice long spine.
Feel that breath,
Hold it on the crown of the head,
On the top of the head,
Feeling charged and then exhale out empty.
Let all the air out,
Let go of what no longer serves you.
Just let it out of the body and hold.
And we're going to do one more final round.
So inhaling in through the nose.
And hold.
And then exhale out through the mouth.
And hold.
Okay,
Let's take a big inhaling through the nose.
Now we're going to make this the longest hold.
I want you to hold your breath as long as you can.
Hold it.
Maybe take another sip of rain.
Hold it for a little bit longer.
And when you feel ready,
Just let it all out.
Let it all go.
And then land into this silence.
Land into your body.
Nowhere else to be,
Nothing else to do.
Just breathe.
I want you to enjoy this silence.
I'm going to give you a little bit longer.
Let your thoughts come,
Let them go.
There's no right or wrong way to do this.
Just be.
