Hi,

This session is all about creativity.

Finding that place of joy,

Play and just simply expressing ourselves.

I want you to find a comfortable seat,

Maybe you're lying down or if you got a space take a child pose because I really want you to connect to your sacrum,

Onto your lower back.

So find that child pose,

Find your seat,

If you can,

If you're seated maybe place the hands onto the lower back and onto your lower abdominals.

So choose what works for you right now and I really want you to take a deep inhale in to the lower back.

So feel how your lower back is expanding and then exhale out through the mouth.

Just let go.

We're gonna do a couple more of these deep breaths.

Breathing into the back of the body,

Into your sacrum,

Breathing into the belly,

Feel how it expands wide and hold your body full and then exhale out through the mouth just letting go.

Once more,

Big inhale into the body,

Into the back of the lungs,

Breathe it in and hold and exhale.

Just let it go and if you're in that child pose you can stay there if you want to or you can roll your spine up to a seated position.

Feeling the heaviness of the hips,

Easing,

Releasing every single part of your body,

Your shoulders,

Your neck,

Your jaw,

Close the eyes if they're not closed yet.

Tune in to music,

Tune in to you and be here right now being present.

Nowhere else to be,

Nothing else to do.

How do you feel right now and if you naturally feel like you want to move your body,

Do that.

This time I'm letting you to be playful,

Be creative.

Maybe you want to find a little bit of a circle of motion on the lower back and the abdominals.

Letting that breath be free,

Letting the body move freely.

Finding something new,

Something different,

No judgments.

How you are,

How you move,

Move freely.

Maybe that movement grows from the hips,

From the sacral area,

Into the belly,

Maybe into your rib cage,

Maybe into the upper spine,

Maybe you want to release the neck and move the head,

Maybe you roll the shoulders,

Maybe you find little wiggles,

Maybe you wiggle the fingers and the toes,

Maybe you find a twist in the spine.

Yes,

It's okay to move.

I move freely,

I express myself freely and I find new exciting places and spaces to be.

Make sure the breath is flowing free,

Just like your body might be moving freely.

Maybe it feels weird,

Maybe it feels strange,

It's like I don't know what I'm doing but just keep doing it,

Keep exploring.

The best things happens in those places that might feel a little bit uncomfortable.

Just jump out of your comfort zone and do something different.

Think outside the box.

If you think of any painters,

Artists,

Actors,

Creatives,

They all think outside the box.

Be a rebel,

Be a rebel of your life.

How does that look like?

What's the next step you need to take?

Paint outside the box,

No limits,

Be like a child,

Wild,

Free,

Happy.

I am playful,

I am creative,

I'm painting my own life with the colors that suit me,

There's no restrictions.

I do me.

Maybe start finding a little bit of stillness if you're still moving.

Finding stillness in the body when the breath is still moving freely and bring that focus into your lower back,

Into your sacrum,

Into the belly.

Can you breathe through the sacrum,

Through the lower back,

Through the belly.

Expand,

Create space,

Move freely like water.

When you see the water flow in the rivers,

When there's a rock,

The water doesn't stop,

It goes around it.

If you feel blocked,

Don't keep going through the same route,

Go around the rock.

Keep moving,

Change direction,

Find new ways to be you,

To do you.

Adapt,

Change within the seasons.

Let's take a deep inhale in through the nose and big exhale out through the mouth.

Slowly bringing ourselves back into this space.

Maybe give yourself a little smile.

How does that make you feel?

I am playful,

I am happy,

I am joy and I express myself freely.
