Hi,

How are you doing?

This session is all about compassion.

I want you to find a comfortable seat wherever you are and I'm going to start with a little bit of movement.

I want you to inhale,

Lift the shoulders up to the ears and then exhale,

Roll them back down.

Give me couple more of those.

Move with your breath.

Inhale,

Lifting the shoulders up and exhale,

Draw the shoulders down.

Once more,

Inhale,

Lifting them up and exhale,

Release.

Opening out the heart,

Opening out the chest and interlace the fingers and press your hands,

The palm of the hands all the way up to the sky.

Finding that stretch,

Reaching up to the sky as high as you can and then releasing the hands behind the back of the head.

Keep the elbows open and then press the back of the head into your hands and lift the chest up,

Lift the heart up high.

Then drop your chin in,

Let your hands rest on the top of your head,

Draw the elbows in,

Find that stretch through the back of the neck.

Finding a release and then release your hands on your heart.

Press down at the chest and lift your chin up and bring your bottom teeth to meet the top,

Finding a stretch on the front of the throat.

And then finally releasing,

Maybe press the hands together into a prayer position and bring your thumb knuckles onto your third eye point,

Right in between of your eyebrows.

Take a deep inhaling through the nose and then exhale out through the mouth.

And then release your hands wherever it feels comfortable.

Maybe on your thighs,

On your knees or maybe you want to bring your hand up to your heart.

Sometimes when we hold our hand in the place that we're working on,

It brings a little extra magic to the practice.

It helps us to get connected,

Connected to your heart.

It helps us to get connected,

Connected to your heart,

To your heart space.

Just close your eyes,

Fall in love and stay there.

Feeling that breath underneath your hand,

At your heart,

Feeling that breath at your chest,

Feeling that breath in your belly.

You can even place the other hand on your belly if you want to.

Breathing into your heart,

Breathing into your belly,

Feel how that breath is flowing free.

Relaxing the shoulders,

Easing the neck,

Growing taller through the crown of the head.

Open the shoulders,

Open the chest,

Open the heart.

I am love.

Can you feel the cool air traveling in through your nose all the way into the body?

Let that breath travel all the way into your heart,

Into the belly,

Into the hips,

Knees,

Even the toes.

And then exhaling out the warm air.

Can you feel how that air is warm when we exhale it out?

Inhaling in the coolness.

Just hold that breath in.

And exhaling out the warm air,

The love.

And as we exhale it out,

We spread the love into this world.

We spread the love to everyone around us.

Everyone,

Everything,

Everybody,

Every little tiny thing that we touch,

That we feel,

That we talk,

That we breathe,

Send the love.

And keep that breath going,

Finding the softness.

And maybe the challenge today is to do everything with love.

Everybody you see,

You do,

You feel,

You say,

You do it with love.

It's almost like you wearing those tinted pink glasses over your eyes.

Share the love.

Be the love.

And joy.

I feel the love.

And I love myself.

Yes,

I love myself.

I love myself just the way I am.

I am enough.

I am enough.

I am wonderful.

I am beautiful.

I radiate love.

I feel joy.

I feel happiness.

I feel good.

Let's take one more deep inhale in through the nose.

One more deep inhale in through the nose.

And big exhale out through the mouth.

Let's do it once more.

You can even use the sound of the ah,

Which is the sound of the heart when you sigh out.

So take a deep breath in through the nose.

And big sigh out.

Ah.

How do you feel right now?

I hope you feel love.

I hope you feel good,

Safe,

Happy,

Joyful.

Let's start bringing ourselves back into this space,

Back into where we are.

And remember those rose-tinted glasses on your face.

Whatever you do,

Wherever you go,

Whoever you speak to today,

Lots of love.
