Calm my heart,

Lord.

Take a long,

Slow breath in and then let it out with a gentle sigh.

Let's offer our anxious hearts to God.

Lord,

Today I ask you to calm my heart.

When fear rises,

Remind me of your peace.

When stress tightens my chest,

Help me to breathe deeply in your presence.

Speak your quiet,

Reassuring words to my soul.

Let your calm fill my mind,

My body,

And my spirit.

Thank you for being my peace,

Lord,

Even in the storms.

Through Jesus' name we pray.

Amen.
