Feel a grounding energy connecting your body to the earth.
Steady and safe.
Continue taking deep,
Gentle breaths,
Releasing what no longer serves you with every exhale.
Know that the ground beneath you supports you and that the earth you are connected to keeps you safe and steady,

As you continue breathing,
Gently wiggle your fingers and toes,
Bringing awareness to your surroundings.
Take one final deep breath and when you are ready,
Slowly open your eyes and look around.
