Welcome beautiful soul.
Thank you for choosing yourself today.
My name is Annemarie Lavier.
Thank you for choosing to spend this sacred moment with me.
The meditation is created to guide you.
Into a space of calm.
Connection.
And gentle transformation.
Today's meditation is focused on why boundaries are love.
In this moment.
There is nowhere else you need to be and nothing you need to become.
You.
Are already enough.
Take a slow,
Gentle breath in.
And as you breathe out.
And now yourself.
Soften release the tension you've been carrying.
Release the need to have all the answers.
For the next few moments,
Simply allow yourself to be.
Yesterday we began the journey of coming home to yourself.
Today I'd like to invite you to explore something.
That may gently change the way you think about boundaries.
Many of us have been taught that boundaries are hard.
That they are selfish that they hurt people.
That they push others away.
Do we keep saying yes?
When every part of us longs to say no.
We stay silent.
When our heart wants to speak.
We keep giving long after we are empty.
That's because we don't know any better.
But because we don't want to stop being loved.
But what if we've misunderstood what love really is?
Real love does not ask you to abandon yourself.
Real love does not ask you to shrink.
Real love does not ask you to carry what was never yours to carry.
Love,
Anais.
Love first.
Peace.
And love listening.
And perhaps person who has been most in need.
Of your love.
Is you.
Now.
In your imagination.
Picture yourself.
Walking through a beautiful open meadow.
The grass is soft beneath your feet.
A gentle breeze brushes against your skin.
Ahead of you is a magnificent old tree.
Its branches stretch wide.
Offering shade and shelter.
Its roots reach deep into the earth.
Holding it steady through every season.
Walk towards the tree.
And rest your hand against its strong trunk.
Feel its quiet strength.
It never apologizes for taking up space.
It never feels guilty for growing.
Does not become smaller so that the flowers around it can shine.
It simply becomes fully what it was created to be.
And because it stands firmly rooted.
It offers shelter.
It offers beauty.
It offers life.
Now imagine yourself sitting beneath this beautiful tree.
With each breath you take.
You begin to feel its wisdom flowing into you.
The tree whispers gently.
You do not become more loving by losing yourself.
Again it whispers.
The healthiest love always includes you.
Take another slow breath Imagine roots now growing gently from the soles of your feet.
Reaching deep into the earth.
With every breath.
You feel steadier.
Safer.
More grounded.
You no longer need everyone to understand.
Your choices.
You no longer need permission.
To honor.
You'll earn her.
You are learning to stand gently.
Without hardening to love deeply without disappearing.
To give generously.
Without emptying yourself Perhaps there is someone in your life.
Comes to mind.
Someone you love very much.
Picture them standing a little way in front of you.
Now imagine placing the beautiful circle of soft golden light around yourself.
Not a ball.
Not a barrier Simply a gentle circle.
Of loving life.
Notice something beautiful.
You can still see them.
You still love them.
You can still smile.
The love between you is still there.
The only difference is this.
Your light is no longer leaking away.
You remain whole.
You remain present.
You remain you.
Silently repeat these words within your heart.
Love does not ask me to lose myself.
I can be kind and honor myself.
My boundaries create safety.
My boundaries create peace.
The love i give to myself allows me to love others more honestly.
Take one final deep nourishing breath Feel yourself becoming aware of your body once more.
Feel the support beneath you Feel the air upon your skin.
Know that every loving boundary you create.
Is not an act of rejection.
It is an act of respect respect for your energy.
Respect for your heart.
Respect for the life you have been given.
And every time you choose to honour yourself.
Every time you choose to respect yourself.
To respect your energy,
You respect yourself.
You respect the life you have been given.
The boundaries you create are not acts of rejection,
They are acts of respect.
Respect for you,
For your energy,
For your heart.
And every time you choose.
Honor yourself You create space.
Or healthier.
True love to grow.
When you are ready.
Gently wiggle your fingers.
And your toes.
Perhaps.
.
.
Stretching your body.
And in your own time open your eyes As you move through your day,
Remember this.
Boundary is not the end of love.
Very often it is where love truly begins.
Be gentle with yourself today.
You are learning a new way of loving.
One that finally includes you.
A moment with yourself before you continue with your day.
I invite you to spend a few quiet moments with your journal.
They are no right or wrong answers Simply listen to what your heart wants to say.
Today's reflection.
Where in my life?
I've been giving.
From exhaustion,
Instead of from love.
What is one loving boundary I could create this week?
That would bring me more peace.
Thank you for sharing this peaceful space with me.
I honour your time,
Your presence and your willingness to show up for yourself.
Until we meet again,
Stay grounded,
Stay open and stay kind to your soul.
