It is time to manifest your life and take charge. This meditation will guide you to manifest using the "manifestation letter" technique. Simply write what it is you want to manifest and assign a letter that represents this and allow the meditation to guide you towards your manifestation. This is a meditation to allow you to manifest the life of your dreams.

Now positioning yourself in somewhere nice and comfortable and quiet,

Either taking a seat or lying down.

Allow yourself now to relax as you take in a very deep,

Slow breath from the base of your spine.

As you inhale,

Feel the energy rising up your spine,

Holding the energy at the top of your head,

And then exhale,

Relax,

Again taking a very deep,

Slow breath,

Inhaling through your nose,

Drawing that energy,

That air,

Moving it all the way up from the base of your spine to the top of your head,

Holding it at the top of your head,

And then exhale,

Simply relax.

Feel your whole body relax and melt into that delicious relaxation,

Allowing all your niggly thoughts to simply move away,

Melt away from your energy field,

As you continue to relax with long,

Deep breaths,

And you are doing perfectly.

Now bring your awareness to the space between your ribs,

Feel the air moving in and out,

Noticing how easily it expands and contracts,

And becoming aware of your neck and the space around your neck,

Feeling your neck and all the muscles within your neck,

Relax,

Melting any tension and tightness away.

Now can you feel the space around your hips,

Noticing how your bottom feels seated in your chair,

Or perhaps you're lying down,

But noticing how stable and supported you feel you are in this space,

In this moment.

Now can you sense the space between your feet,

Just noticing your feet and the muscles within your feet,

As it connects to Mother Earth,

To the ground.

Feeling your safety as you're supported by Mother Earth,

The ground beneath you.

And now I'd like you to imagine the beautiful golden energy of light hovering above your head,

With your breath and your intention,

Imagine it coming down into your crown,

Relaxing and releasing any tension,

Any tightness that you may or may not be feeling.

Feel that beautiful golden light flowing down your spine,

Calming your nervous system,

Passing by your throat,

Down your back,

Feeling it move down into your hips,

Melting into relaxation.

Feel,

Sense and experience this golden energy of light,

Going down into your thighs,

Your hamstrings,

Down into your knees,

And all the way down into your shins,

Your calf muscles,

Flowing out of your feet.

Feel the energy go down each and every toe,

As it relaxes the muscles in each toe,

Completely relaxed from the top of your head to the tips of your toes.

And now allowing you to bring your awareness to your heart,

Your beautiful beating heart.

Feel your heart,

Feel the space around your heart,

And as your awareness is placed on your heart,

Take a couple of deep,

Slow breaths,

Breathing in 5,

4,

3,

2,

And 1,

Holding for a few seconds,

And exhale 5,

4,

3,

2,

And 1.

I want you now to think of a highly vibrational emotion,

Unconditional love.

You can think of a person,

Or a situation,

Or even a pet,

It doesn't matter where you get this unconditional love,

As long as it's genuine and real.

Just imagine it,

Feel it,

And you can think of someone or something,

But if you are struggling,

Remember,

You can always think of a movie,

Or a book that evokes that love,

It doesn't matter where you get it.

Feel the love,

Turn up the love,

Just like a dial,

Increase the love,

Feel it,

Sense it.

Imagine your heart expanding with this love.

And now,

Imagine your manifestation letter off into the distance,

See it,

Sense it,

Feel it,

And with your intention and your breath,

Imagine you're pulling that manifestation letter closer and closer,

Imagine it coming closer to you,

Closer and closer,

Until it locks into your heart,

Connecting into your heart,

Feel your manifestation happening right now.

You are in this field,

In this reality,

You are the manifestation,

It is you,

And you are in it.

You are living the life of your dreams,

Feel it,

Sense it,

Experience it now.

Now with gentleness,

Imagine yourself bringing that reality back with you,

Into your body,

Into your heart,

Into your soul,

Bringing your body back,

Feel the energy return back into your feet,

Back into your hands,

Feeling your legs,

Your hips,

Your stomach as you come all the way back,

Feeling your energy return back into your heart,

Squeezing your hands,

Giving yourself a little stretch,

As you take a nice big deep breath,

Opening your eyes now,

As you're enveloped in this beautiful energy that is you.
