This meditation is the Abundance Meditation by Blasenka Bradley.
And now finding a comfortable position,
Either seated or perhaps lying down.
And allow your body to settle into the surface beneath you.
Feeling supported and safe.
And gently closing your eyes as you take a deep breath in through the nose.
Filling your lungs completely.
Holding for a moment and then exhaling slowly through your mouth.
Releasing any tension,
Any tightness within your body.
Taking another deep breath in as you feel your chest rise and fall.
As you exhale releasing any limiting beliefs or doubts about your ability to receive abundance.
Letting go of any thoughts like I don't deserve this or it's too good to be true.
And allow these negative thoughts to simply dissipate into the air leaving space for positivity and abundance.
And with each breath allow yourself to sink deeper into relaxation.
And now bringing your attention to your body.
Starting at the crown of your head.
Using your imagination.
Feeling,
Sensing and seeing a warm golden light gently washing over you.
Relaxing each part of your body as it flows down.
Feel it soften your forehead,
Your cheeks,
Your jaw.
Allow this warmth to flow down your neck and your shoulders.
Releasing any tightness as any tension simply melts away.
And as the golden light continues to move down your arms,
Your chest,
Your back.
Notice how your breath becomes more effortless,
More natural.
Let it flow through your abdomen,
Your hips,
Your legs and finally into your feet.
With each breath you feel yourself becoming more grounded and at peace.
And as you settle into this serene state,
I'd like you to visualize a tranquil landscape.
Somewhere you truly feel safe.
Some people like to imagine a peaceful forest.
Or perhaps a gentle beach.
Or maybe a serene mountain top.
It doesn't matter what you imagine,
Just allow yourself to go there now.
Imagine,
Sense,
Feel yourself there.
Surrounded by the beauty of nature.
Feel the sensations of this place.
The sounds,
The scent,
The warmth of the sun.
Or the coolness of the breeze.
And take a moment to simply be in this space.
Allowing yourself to fully immerse in the tranquility and the peace that it offers.
And notice how in this space,
In this tranquility,
There is abundance everywhere you look.
An abundance of air.
An abundance of sunshine.
An abundance of nature.
The universe is full of abundance.
And now I'd like you to visualize,
Sense and feel specific areas of your life.
Where you wish to experience more abundance.
It could be in your career.
Relationships,
Health or personal growth.
See,
Sense and feel these areas illuminated by the golden light.
Overflowing with opportunities and blessings.
And repeat to yourself,
Either silently or aloud.
I am worthy of abundance in all forms.
I attract opportunities that align with my highest and best good.
I am worthy of abundance in all forms.
Opportunities that align with my highest and best good.
Abundance flows to me effortlessly.
Feel the energy of these affirmations resonate within you.
Imagine yourself surrounded by supportive people.
Resources and circumstances that nurture your growth and success.
And take a moment to truly feel the gratitude for the abundance that is already present in your life.
Acknowledge the small and the large blessings.
And allow that feeling of gratitude to expand within you.
And as that energy of gratitude soaks within you and around you.
