Dominant hand is the right one?
And non-dominant is the left.
For most of women it's the other way around.

The practice goes like this.
Both yours.
Dominant hand.

And connect your fingers in a lock.
Breathing slowly and deeply.
Noticing how.
How fingers.
And palms are touching each other.
Not being stiff.
Within the body.
Just being curious.

And listening to any sensations that might be.
Feeling the pulse between.

Gone.
Sensing.
Instead of thinking.
And you might start noticing.

Relax there's more clarity and lightness in your head.

Energy.
Which corresponds to your code.
Connection.
To the sky,
Which also is a plus energy from the solar plexus.

It's The Sky Plus.
From the solar plexus.
Down below it's a minus.

This is called a sky lock.
And we can help ourselves with breathing.
Inhale the sky,

And fill ourselves up to the solar plexus.
The practice goes like this.
Exhaling up to your solar plexus.
And feeling yourself with the sky.
Inhaling the sky.
Exhale.
Into yourself.
Up to your solar plexus.
Opening to the vest.
Huge powerful energy of the sky above you.
Let's give it two more rounds.
Let your hands relax.
For a moment.
Notice your body.
Once again.

Put your non-dominant hand.
Your dominion.
And since this hand gesture corresponds to Earth element,
Earth energy,
We'll be inhaling through our mouth.
Exhaling through our mouth.

Feel the earth beneath your feet.

Energy of Mother Earth below.
